We at Nantucket Cycling and Fitness strive to be your favorite island gym and your favorite home-away-from-home gym. We believe working out is done to create a better quality of life and most importantly it should be FUN! We have a variety of classes like Barre, Indoor Cycling, HIIT, Burn, Sculpt & Weights, TRX and have launched a new Video On-Demand service so you can take NC&F where ever you go.

Iβve been going to Nantucket Fitness and Cycling for 8 years, and itβs the perfect mix of cardio, CrossFit, and strength training. The trainers are absolutely amazing β motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. And the community is just as great β Iβve met so many wonderful people here who have become friends.

Brilliant heavy bags class. The instructor was encouraging, clear on direction and supportive to the whole group. I left feeling amped up to face Xmas with my family! π Would 10/10 recommend π

The best workout iβve found on the island. Great mix of class styles to suit your personal preference. Iβve enjoyed each of the instructors that Iβve had. You can easily check the schedule and book a class through mind / body.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and a great space with a lot of nice equipment. I was happy to learn that the CrossFit classes follow my home gym's programming. The Open Gym time was a great option. My only complaint is that they only do CrossFit classes twice a week!
