I’ve been part of the CrossFit community for about eight years, and this gym stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve had. The owner and coaches treated me with respect, honor, and genuine value from day one. Their guidance and feedback even helped me become an online CrossFit trainer.
If you’re looking for a supportive, knowledgeable, and uplifting CrossFit environment, I highly recommend joining this gym.

Nasty Habit has been great for my physical and mental health. David’s gym is inviting and the coaches are very patient and helpful for me as I am newer to CrossFit. They make sure my form is optimal ensuring I am working out safely. This gym has a great vibe and everyone encourages one another to complete their goals. I am happy that I joined Nasty Habit. I look forward to my next workout. I always leave the gym with more energy and a positive attitude after a great WOD. 🤘🏼

Nasty Habit CrossFit gym has been one of the best decisions in my life. The owner Dave aka Hawk is very down to earth and has a lot of experience and knowledge in the CrossFit workouts. It doesn’t matter where you’re at!!! As far as someone who is a beginner and never has lifted a thing in your life or you have been doing CrossFit for years. Each workout is scaled and is fitted to your current experience. Best thing all levels can workout together and it doesn’t affect the session at all. The community is great the people are awesome and friendly. The coaches all had great attitude and look to get the most out of your body to have a safe and great workout. I Love Nasty Habit CrossFit. Listen try it before you knock it and get into the Gym noooow!!! Let’s Gooo!!!!

This CrossFit gym is the best in the Pioneer Valley. The owner is passionate about fitness and helping you achieve your goals. At 63 years old I have never been fitter.

Super nice gym with excellent coaches. Really accommodating to someone who was just starting out and they were able to tailor the workout for a beginner. The strength i've gained since i've started has boosted my mountain biking to another level, much more stability and a higher level of endurance. Highly recommend Dave and his coaching team.

I joined CrossFit to work on growing stronger. I have some physical limitations but each and every coach is so knowledgeable they have been able to adapt the workouts to my ability level. The support and encouragement I have received from coaches and members have helped me build my confidence. I notice how much stronger I am since I started my time with Nasty Habit CrossFit !

Supportive, kind and motivating coaching staff. There is a wide range of athletes at this box. Some are just starting out and can barely do 10 sit-ups and some look like they could be professional athletes. It doesn’t matter what your level is everyone pushes themselves according to their own personal goals. Almost all of the activities can be modified for any body type or ability. It’s worth every penny because, unlike other gyms, I actually come to this one, on a regular basis. My strength and cardiovascular health have improved so quickly with this program. In a month, you can tell a huge difference. Added bonus- it’s LGBTQ+ friendly!

I signed up for the Open weeks ago but was traveling for 24.1. I contacted several boxes to join in doing 24.1 and the only one that called me back (right away I might add) was David at Nasty Habit CrossFit. I did the workout there today and he as well as the other athletes were so welcoming and so supportive!! The space was very well equipped. I highly recommend this gym!

Highly recommend this gym as a drop in! Coach David (Hawk) and the crew at Crossfit Nasty Habit were super welcoming when I worked out with them four times last week. The programming was accessible and challenging for all levels, and helped me stay fit while being away from my home gym. Thank you CFNH!

The Nasty Habit community is incredibly welcoming. It doesn’t matter your fitness level or your goals, as long as you’re there to work hard and positively support the others, you’re welcome here. Coaches are knowledgeable and eager to help you scale workouts to your individual skill level. Whenever you walk in the door, fellow members greet you warmly and the workouts conclude with fist-bumps, high-fives, and words of encouragement. The people keep me coming back, even on days when I don't feel my best and would rather skip the gym.

Nasty Habit CrossFit is a great place to get your workout done. The owners are very friendly and will make sure you have all the information you need. The coaches are great and place a great focus on proper form. Safety is paramount and everything is scaled to the athlete's ability. There is encouragement to push yourself but no pushing to do something you are not comfortable doing. The athletes are welcoming and the community at Nasty Habit is phenomenal. Anyone looking for a place to workout and enjoy a great community should give Nasty Habit a try.

I got into CrossFit at Nasty Habit because I won a gift certificate for it at my tattoo place's holiday party a bunch of years ago. I stayed because of the community. My sport background is distance biking and roller derby, so I wasn't sure if I could hack CrossFit. The coaches are amazing, particularly at recognizing your own individual skills and offering solid critique on form. I appreciate the attention and care given to getting it right. WODs are capped at 12, so you're never lost in a crowd. Everyone's supportive; nobody's in-your-face aggro. Everything can be scaled, and there really is something here for everyone who comes through the doors -- no matter your skill level. It's absolutely worth checking out.

I was involved in sports from age 12 through college, but after that I became inactive. I could never get myself into a good workout routine, I couldn’t keep myself accountable. The amazing coaches and community of athletes has changed my life and helped keep me accountable. I actually look forward to working out and I am stronger than I have ever been. Everyone here is so welcoming and we have become like a family.

I called to inquire about dropping in at the facility and informed the representative I spoke with that I was hoping to just come in and lift (I've been training for a while, so I didn't plan on taking up any of their coaches time, just needed access to the equipment). I was essentially trying to hand them free money, and they told me that I wasn't welcome. Totally within their rights, but what's the deal?
Their coaching and facility may well be fine (I have no information there), but EXPERIENCED LIFTERS SHOULD STEER CLEAR IF THEY'RE LOOKING FOR A HASSLE FREE TRAINING ENVIRONMENT
