About the Club

Everybody is different, and every body is different

Clients who achieve the best results with me are hard workers, both in the gym and in their career. They live a busy life day to day and just don't have the time to put toward creating their own workout routine. All you need is a goal, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard. I’ll take care of the rest.

In the first month of training my clients have described the following results:

- Feeling “new muscles” and stronger overall
- Feeling more knowledgable and in control of their eating
- More flexibility, decreased daily aches & pains as a result of sitting all day
- Feeling better overall, and showing up better for their loved ones

Nichole has been truly amazing to work with over the last 6-7 months. As a 40-something woman who truly dislikes working out, Nichole has made working out a crucial part of my routine. She plans workouts that are catered to my abilities and goals. She pushes without pushing too hard, which is exactly what I need. Furthermore, she's just a great person and fun to chat with, which always makes the time fly!

Before Nichole and I started working together I was worried about getting injured due to hyper flexible joints. Nichole understood my body and built trust because of the amazing attention she pays to each move. It made me feel like I was unlikely to get hurt.

When we first started my goals were stability, strengthening and to live a pain free life. After 6 weeks I am lifting heavier than I ever have and learning how to activate certain muscles that have been dormant. I really appreciate that there is flexibility in scheduling given busy lives. I love your attention to what I’m doing and looking forward to becoming more stable through this process!

I was referred to Nichole by a friend and started working with her in February of this year. I was nervous about starting this journey and Nichole made me feel super comfortable starting the program which was key for me. She has a great sense of humor, a great balance of meeting you where you are and pushing you, and is very relatable. She reminds me to focus on being healthy and strong and not the scale. Since working with her, I’ve gone down a size, feel more confident, and importantly, I look forward to my sessions with her!

I had never worked with a personal trainer before so I did not know what to expect. I was coming out of physical therapy and was worried about doing more damage than good. Nichole is professional, listens, encourages and gently pushes. Before I knew it I was feeling better about myself and my abilities! When I first started my goals were to strengthen my neck without damaging it, to get stronger, and to lose inches. Over the past 5 years, I have had no neck issues, I am much stronger than I maybe have ever been, and I have learned many life skills, i.e. how to lift, how to stretch, how to carry heavy things, etc. Nichole has been a great partner in getting me to where I am. She does this with tremendous patience and encouragement. We train virtually now and she has literally been with me in hotel rooms all over the world!

I wasn't sure I could find a workout that would help me get back in shape, stronger, thinner, with my ongoing right ankle and left wrist issues. Nichole and I have had multiple sessions that give me a full body workout every week and, as I'm telling people, the day after the session everything in my body is sore but my ankle or wrist! I started because I wanted to gain strength and lose weight and I am already feeling stronger, lost weight, and I feel more confident!

I have been working with Nichole every week for one year and attribute all of my strength gains to her. She is down-to-earth, patient, and really listens to me about my fitness goals and how my body is feeling. She has worked me through a few minor “old age” injuries and has kept me consistent and motivated with her workouts. She makes sure to work on small and core muscle strength, flexibility, balance and I have truly never felt better. Plus love seeing her smile when I walk in the gym each morning!

I have been working with Nichole for two years and she is the best trainer!! I came to her feeling defeated and that I wouldn't ever reach my goals. I was wrong! She gives workouts that are tough but in the best way possible. After getting a workout done, I feel like I can take on the world! When we first start working together my hip thrust was 205 pounds and honestly it was hard to get the bar over my legs. After two years the after working on kicking both my nutrition and workout goals butt, the bar goes early over my legs and my hip thrust is 335! Not only has she taught me how to squat, hip thrust and deadlift but she has also helped the mental aspect. Reminding me that going out to eat isn't going to sidetrack all of my progress, that life happens and you just have to roll with it, consistency is seriously key and finding habits that work for you will help you in the long term! Nichole will have you crushing your goals in no time!! I have attached a picture from when we first started working (on the left) together to now (on the right).

Nichole is just the right trainer for me - she is calm, focused and intentional - all of the traits that I can lack during a workout. She carefully observes everything I do and makes strategic adjustments which makes the exercize "work", prevents injury and is part of a greater plan to improve my entire body. This is not to say I don't give her "evil eyes" at times but I wouldnt trade her for anything! Christie D.
