After attending the first assesment / free trial - I was sold and requested Joe that if I can attend all 5 days. I probably missed 2 days because of my personal commitments and 2 days because I was sore and just could not get out of bed :) and I must say I enjoyed coming in early in the morning and working out with Joe and all other fellow members. They have moved to a new facility which is fancier and has all the equipments that you would need. Well the most important person though is still - “Joe”, with his charming smile and attention to detail, while you are doing the set will make you feel that you are in safe hands and not left alone after you have made the payment :)

I am moving out of State and will miss being part of this personal training. Wish you all the best Joe and NLPT team.

Bonus tip : Just look at their FB video and you would know they will make you have fun with workout :)

I can't say enough good things about Next Level Personal Training! From the moment I stepped into the gym, I felt welcomed by an incredible team of trainers who genuinely care about their clients' well-being and goals. The personalized workouts they create are tailored to my specific needs, and I have seen remarkable results in just a couple of months.

One of the standout aspects of my experience has been working with Joe, who has expertly designed all my workouts around my tennis elbow injury. His collaboration with my physical therapist ensures that I can work out safely while still making progress. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the focus on my health and recovery.

In addition to the fantastic workout plans, the nutrition counseling provided has made a significant difference in my overall fitness journey. The holistic approach they take is refreshing and effective.

If you're looking for a gym that prioritizes personalization and results, Next Level is the place to be. I would give them 10 stars if Google allowed it! Highly recommend!

Update to my previous review- it has now been 4 years working out and training at Next Level PT and I am still as happy as I was when I first started. The variety of workouts continues to make every session interesting, the friends and family that we have become and the amazing supportive atmosphere of everyone that works out there. The Next Level Powerlifting Team is coached by Joe and has a lot of fun training and competing multiple times a year. If you are looking for help achieving your goals or want to try out and possibly compete in powerlifting, check out Next Level PT. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been training with Joe since Feb 2020. Joe has helped me meet and exceed many of the goals I have set for myself. Joe is very personable and works hard to help all his clients achieve their goals through nutrition and training programs tailored to each individual. I would strongly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a program that really works.

I started going to Next Level Personal Training 6 months after having knee surgery. While I went through 8 weeks of PT my knee still didn’t feel 100 pct. After a few months of training with Joe and Frank my knee was considerably stronger and by half a year the injury was just a memory. I have continued training with Joe and Frank for the past year and half and it’s been life changing . Not only did they help me to overcome my knee injury but they started me down a path of physical wellness. I am stronger, more conscious of my nutrition, and less prone to injury than I can remember. Their approach to strength training is comprehensive including nutrition and corrective exercises. Because the owner is a competitive powerlifter the gym is also a great option for strength athletes and people interested to train in powerlifting.

The true meaning to Personal Training!
I have been training with Joe & Frank for 2 months
I was reluctant to join just another gym..
This is NOT your average generic program
Joe & Frank personalize your nutrition and modify your workout specific to your goals and ability
They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive & Fun
Keeping you motivated and constantly overseeing your progress

I haven’t been with Next Level Fitness for long but I feel better than ever!! I never feel like I over exhausted myself or pushed myself to a point where I felt unsafe. I feel stronger, I have been sleeping way better and I feel confident that Frank and Joe will help me reach my goals.

Joe is a good trainer. I've been training with him for 2 years now and am still currently training with him. He is a good trainer and knows what he is doing. From correcting exercising forms to nutrition intake plans, he is extremely knowledgeable and he is willing to work with his clients from they are coming. He also has an extremely flexible time slots for his clients to choose from. I would definitely recommend him to anyone regardless of their fitness level. You'll definitely see results as long as you are patient and consistent with the plan that you planned out together with Joe.

I have been going to Next Level Personal Training for a few weeks now and I have never been happier with myself and how healthy I feel. If you’re looking for a personable, helpful and generous trainer, Joe will always help you reach any goal. He makes you feel comfortable right when you step into the gym and always makes sure you are doing every workout correctly, so no possible injuries occur. His positive attitude helps motivate you to keep going! He makes working out enjoyable for everyone there and you always feel good doing it. He also sets up complete diet/nutrition plans for his clients based on what they are trying to work on. This helps you reach your goals faster and have an overall healthier lifestyle! I was initially hesitant to give personal training a try, but when I met Joe he instantly made me feel comfortable. Joe is not only professional, knowledgeable, and passionate, he is also invested in you and your fitness goals. His workouts are always challenging and engaging. I think what I like the most about the exercises is that they are functional, designed to improve your everyday life. I had concerns about a previous injury ( torn ACL) Joe listened and provided me with exercises that would strengthen and prevent further injury. I leave each session feeling confident and focused. Next Level Personal Training is where you go if you want to Level Up.
