Oakes Fitness specializes in one-on-one personal training customized to the individual. Our program is tailored to the client by providing one-on-one best in class coaching. We train each client in accordance to their individual by holding them accountable to their goals. Each session is 45 minutes where we work with each client in private training all fully equipped in our state of the art facility.

Oakes Fitness is amazing! I mainly train with Nick but had sessions with many of the trainers over the years. They’re all great! They partner with you in your goals and can work around any challenges (e.g. bad knees). I do both boxing and strength training with Nick. His knowledge is astounding. He keeps up to date on all the latest research and has an amazing understanding of the body and how all the exercises work together to strengthen your muscles. And the workouts never get boring (and boxing is a blast and a fantastic workout). We talk diet a lot, too (my choice) and it’s really helped overall. The results have been noticeable. Highly recommend!

I joined Oakes fitness for their personalized strength and mobility training. I had become lazy about working out at home and I needed motivation. I’m very happy I joined. Throughout the years, I’ve had some major injuries and my trainer, Morgan, is excellent at identifying what muscle groups need work. If you are looking for training and you don’t want to join a gym,, Oakes fitness is a great choice.

Not only are the facilities top notch but the coaching you will receive will change you. Coach Oaks has forever changed my boys. My oldest he helped be prepared for Marine boot camp and my youngest he has helped guide him through several injuries and to accomplish his goal in becoming a Division 1 football athlete.

An amazing varied staff that provide a wide range of expertise - strength and conditioning, weight loss, over all toning, boot camps, cardio, nutrition advice, and more. The “one trainer-one client” model (except boot camp) allows them to really dial in on the individual needs of their clients. I’ve been working with this gym for almost 8 years and the increase in my conditioning has been remarkable. I feel 10 years younger!

I have been working with Morgan for seven months, and it has been incredibly valuable for me. My body feels better. The most important thing is what a great job he does managing my workload. We work hard, but always within my limits. And I keep coming back. I’ve never sustained an exercise program for close to this long before.

I have been going to this studio for 4 years now. Which is itself a testament to how well it works. I have worked with a few trainers now and currently work with Morgan. Every trainer has been fantastic. I am by no means a gym rat. I started going to the gym because I was becoming fairly sedentary during COVID and I wanted to be more active without hurting myself. A simple goal—but it evolved over time. The first trainer I worked with, Rory, identified a few issues with my body alignment. I have lordosis, and my misaligned hips were actually contributing to the pain that was making me feel “old”. Progressively strengthening and stretching my muscles has made me feel so much better over time. The best thing too is that they are not at all judgmental and very encouraging, which has kept me going consistently year over year. Not only that, my teenage son has started here and has made great progress with HIS lordosis. Morgan is great at working with my teen! He actually asked to keep coming back. And if you have a teen you know that’s amazing. If you are at all interested, give it a try!

I have been working out regularly with Nick, Mike and their team for many years now. The improvements they have made to my health and to the quality of my life are immeasurable. Best yet, when I have minor pain of aches, they are able to safely adapt my workouts to avoid further pain. As an older person, this is very important to me.
