Every teacher at Open Doors brings something unique and meaningful.

Alysha’s class is a 60-minute yoga retreat—complete with a sound bath, cold lavender towels, and a thoughtful sequence. Her class is truly an experience.

Julia M’s classes has transformed my core; her cues are spot-on and it’s a fantastic option for traditional yogis looking to strengthen their practice.

I adore Saturday mornings with Dana—her energy makes my mat feel like play. I look forward to working on opening a new Chakra every class.

Lauren’s class puts me completely in the zone, seamlessly connecting breath, movement, and balance.

I love starting my day with Stephanie at 6am—her class has genuinely made me a morning person.

Bethany has such a soothing voice and her sequences have expanded my flexibility (and confidence!).

Gigi's class has inspired me to focus on my practice and improve my alignment.

You can't go wrong here. I love this location.

Great studio, very clean and the heaters get the room very hot for hot yoga. The instructors and classes I’ve been to have all been amazing. I’ve been practicing yoga for 2 years now to help with back and shoulder pain and muscle tightness from working a desk job, and just from getting older (I’m 45) - it’s been life changing. The hot power yoga classes are a great workout.

New to the studio. Let me just say it’s the cleanest yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It’s Homey and inviting and very peaceful. The class was wonderful and taught true to the description of the class title. Definitely going back!

literally are never open. there were people in there and they saw me and my friend but they wouldn’t open the door or anything. ironic that it’s called open doors but it’s never open.

We rented this studio for a private Bachelorette class, and it was awesome! Cassie was a great teacher and really made sure we had a good time.

Michael is truly such a gem of a human being. If you can attend one of his sessions, I highly recommend! He's super encouraging and helpful and his classes are always such a highlight in my week.

Open Doors in Canton is a beautiful studio. It is located in the back of a gym but you would never know you were in a gym. Our instructor, Nancy, was so welcoming and informative. It was my friends first time doing yoga and I hadn’t been in a really long time. Nancy works with all levels and really helped us through the class.

Overall I had an amazing experience, a great workout, and I’m feeling ready to conquer the day!! We can not wait to go back next week!

I really like this location of Open Doors. The instructors are really engaging and I really feel like I get a great work out.

The studio is located at the back of Answer is Fitness, but once you walk into the studio you are transported into a calming environment that seems a million miles away. I totally forget I’m in the gym.
A big bonus for me is that as a member of the gym, I have access to the gym childcare. I highly recommend this studio and it’s location for the convenience and the outstanding staff.

I started to go to the Open Door Yoga Studios when it moved into the Answer is Fitness gym last year. I consider myself in pretty good shape and work out 5 times a week doing cross fit classes, TRX, and treadmill races. I originally started because a friend told me if would really help build core strength and help rehabilitate a herniated disc I got from doing dead lifts.

I quickly learned Power Yoga is about way more than "building your cores" I was amazed at how great a workout I get from Laurie's Power Yoga class at 8:30 on Saturday morning. The class builds core strength, improves flexibility, increased my balance, and really helped me with managing my breath during other hard workouts. I have been able to hit smaller muscle groups and increase my stability across my core, legs and back.

In short, if you think yoga is just stretching and breathing - WRONG. This class is about strength and stability and I highly recommend it if you want to take your weight lifting or running to the next level.

For the reviewer that says the place is shady, give me a break. If you want to rip people off, I can think of a lot more lucrative ways than pretending to have a yoga studio!

Good variety in the classes. It is hidden inside the gym, but worth it.

Signed up for classes, credit card transaction went through, showed up for class and the studio is shuttered. Attempted to call the studio and received the voicemail box of the manager but the mailbox was full. Shady.
