Amy’s classes are the best - which is subjective but for someone who just wants a good sweaty stretch, with controlled and slightly hard movements, she’s for sure is the best.

They should have a grace period for when a few minutes especially when they don’t have a full class. I went for yoga today and the doors were locked for the 12:30 class and the had 30 available slots. I was late by 3 mins..

They have a few good instructors but the room is too cramped. It can hardly accommodate 20 to 25 people comfortably but they have set the limit insanely upto 33 people in that room which compromises the quality.

Great workout, and a welcoming staff. However they will renew your membership without your approval and charge your card as well. They've tried billing me for 7 months straight. I wonder when they'll get the hint.....

I have always liked this place - I had not been there for a few years but I went there this weekend and I was again very pleased. I am super new to yoga even though I have done maybe 15-20 sessions in my life. So from the perspective of someone that has no clue how to do things right and wants it for the relaxation part more than anything, this worked - the instructor - Courtney, was all about being with yourself and not necessarily checking if directions are followed on the dot.

This studio is truly a hot power studio. Most teachers don't focus on alignment or subtleties or give adjustments or pranayama, if that's what you're used to. There are a few exceptions to that but majority of classes are loud music and fast moving.I like it here though and leverage my previous yoga experience to inform whatever poses being taught.

Same as Sophie, was locked out after getting here late due to the rain for the first time.

It would be nice if they advertised the fact the doors lock promptly when the class starts. I showed up 3 minutes late after getting lost and was so disappointed. I get the rule but it should 100% be told when people book a class :(

I have taken 4 classes, beginner classes with Leo Bray.....he is the reason I have purchased additional classes. He explains all of the moves, how they affect you and their benefits. His style made me feel comfortable enough to come back and I am thoroughly enjoying my journey with yoga! Thank you Leo

My favorite yoga studio in the area! Most classes are heated 85-90 degrees and there is a parking lot in the front, which gets filled up so come early. The studio offers blocks and restraining bands for use during the class. Towels can be rented, water bottles can be bought. I've enjoyed all types of classes here, highly recommend.
