Iβve been a member of otf at multiple studios off and on since 2016 and this is by far the worst for communication. Iβve tried to cancel my membership a few times (which I have done before at other studios easily) and a few times Iβve gone and no one is at the front desk. When I finally got someone and did the paperwork I never got confirmation of my cancellation and got charged the following month. I then called a few times and left multiple voice mails to confirm my cancellation and have never heard back. Definitely not impressed and wouldnβt recommend this studio to new members. The music during their classes is also not good

I've been a member of OTF since February 2019. I like the diversity in the workouts. They never feel the same, but I always feel worked out. Having running/rowing as part of the workout is awesome. I've become a better runner and seen changes in my arms and legs with regards to tone. OTF has really flexible class schedules to fit every lifestyle and signing up for classes with the app is so easy. I love it!

I was always worried about group exercise because I didn't like the feeling of competition. But the environment at Orangetheory is one where you feel lifted up and encouraged instead of intimidated. Now I feel bored at a normal gym.

The workout itself is all encompassing for strength and cardio, focusing on targeted areas or muscle groups. What sets the studio apart is the great coaches and staff. They know how to push you and get the most out of each workout and can even get you out of your comfort zone. I know personally, I have pushed myself harder than I thought was possible and have got a little better at each exercise as weeks have passed. This is a testament to the trainers and studio atmosphere. Every one of the participants being in the workout together helps motivate and drive success on a group and individual level. The coaches take the time to go over each workout on the floor and even provide some personal coaching if necessary, which is great for me as I am fairly new to a lot of the techniques. Overall, I am very pleased to call OTF my new workout home and couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work!!

The pandemic has been challenging however all the staff at this gym go above and beyond in ensuring the environment is safe and clean. Everyone is diligent with masks and social distancing. This is THE best gym and the best workout youβll get!!

We have looked for a place to work out that we would look forward to go to for years and were lucky once. Sadly, we moved and the search for that one place began again. At North Andover Orange Theory, we found that place. It is inspiring, trainers knowledgeable and super nice, besides being spotless (in these times, imperative to be so). It feels more a like a community than a gym and once again, we look forward to our time at Orange Theory. Amazing job to all staff that we encountered so far, Maura, Ashley, James, Angela, Jessica, Nicole, and Kristen (oh she kills me with her work out and I keep coming back for more - lol), to name the ones we know. We LOVE this place and finally are able to get back to taking care of our body and health. Thank you to all at North Andover Orange Theory!

I need to be "encouraged" to do cardio work (run) for more than 5 minutes. The OTF trainer (Mel) did it perfectly. The interval training approach made the running much more palatable and much more effective fitness-wise. The floor work (weights etc) was also great. I'm gonna go back for more pain !!!

Great workout! All you have to do is show up & the coaches do the rest. I love watching my progress on the big monitor. Every workout is a surprise and a challenge. I feel that I can push myself and get the most out of the workout by occasionally monitoring my HR progress and using other patrons as a gauge. The atmosphere is great, and the instructors are motivating. I'm so glad that I found this workout. I didnβt think I could improve my strength and cardio as much as I have! The coaches really encourage and push when you need it but the variety of the classes get you motivated and keep you engaged. I always leave feeling exhausted but proud of what I actually accomplish in time Iβm there.

I love that OTF is a full body workout. I joined while dealing with an injury and was unable to run. OTF helped me recover, using their strength training and treadmill intervals. I love that all of the floor exercises can be modified for anyone. I love the staff and coaches, who are so welcoming and are always encouraging me to push harder! The members have also been very supportive. I would highly recommend Orange Theory to both friends and acquaintances. Itβs a great full body workout with results, for anyone, beginner or athlete!

I loved the gym before I started going to OT but sometimes got bored of my workout and was wasting too much time looking up new workouts. I tried OT once and immediately signed up. After a month, I realized I looked forward to my OT workouts so upgraded to unlimited and cancelled my other gym. It is the best workout you can get in an hour, working your whole body. OT pushes you and I am in the best shape of my life. I actually look forward to going to class and hate when I have to miss a day. I also love you can use your membership at any location which comes in super handy when I travel. I HIGHLY recommend you try it if you havenβt. You will only regret you didnβt know about it sooner!

I like that I'm always moving, the coaches are energetic, the other members take it seriously, the music while not what I'd normally listen to is pretty good, the membership consultants know your name and greet you with a smile, the equipment is durable and never seems to be out of order like at many gyms, the place is clean, the workouts seem to vary and not repeat, I get instant feedback as i work and a summary at the end...

This place was a game changer for me. I was spending too much time trying to figure out my workouts and getting interrupted by my kids. The amazing coaches tell me exactly what to do and are always checking form. The workout is different every day, so I'm never bored. It's always interval training with a mix of treadmill, rowing, and the weight floor. It's challenging, but you go at your own pace because you wear a heart monitor that tells you exactly where you are at so you can adjust your workouts. There's many class times to choose from, and I like the the classes are usually between 20-25 people.
