I can’t say enough good things about Orange Theory! It completely changed my workouts. I know that if I show up I’ll get a fabulous workout and the formats change every time to keep it interesting. I’ve never had a bad coach there and all the staff are super nice, knowledgeable and supportive. It’s the best gym/club I’ve ever joined. I’ve been coming for three years and won’t be stopping. And I’ve met new friends there as well.

This is my favorite gym ever! The community, the coaches, the variety of the templates…I can honestly not say enough good things. For a busy person, I love you how you can just show up and everything is planned out for you and you get a INCREDIBLE workout in. But you can always go at your own pace and intensity. I rejoined in September 2023 after being away for a few years during the pandemic. The coaches and staff are great. The workouts are hard for me but they are making me stronger. There is always a good variety in each workout. I like being able to use the data to motivate myself. I would never do these exercises on my own. I appreciate the accountability. They just added strength and tread classes which are great. Some of the coaches have been there for many years. I appreciate the consistency.

I was a member of OTF in Sudbury prior to the pandemic and just rejoined in September 2023 after realizing that I needed an extra push to work out more consistently and gain strength after an ACL reconstruction earlier in the year. The staff and coaches here are very positive, fun, and supportive, and the workouts are effective. I love that they have added 50-minute strength only classes which I also take when I can. The OTF formula works!

Great OT studio to workout from. The staff is amazing and engaging. The studio is very spacious (compared to 3 other studios I have been to so far). The cleanliness regime is very good and makes me feel safe to workout 5-6 times a week in the studio. The trainers are very invested and engaged and ensure you give your very best. Its fun, lively and totally worth it!!!

I like the mix of cardio and strength training and the variety. It's different each time so I don't lose interest. The coaches and staff are great, very professional, motivating and friendly. They make everyone feel welcome whether you're a beginner or hard core athlete. They pay attention to whether you are doing things correctly and provide modifications so you can succeed. OTF Sudbury is an amazing studio with group high intensity interval training. I’ve been a member since November 2022 & so far lost 30lbs and 8% body fat and built 8lbs of lean muscle. It’s fun & uplifting. Trainers & staff are amazing!

I joined a few months back and have really enjoyed my experience. At first I was hesitant about doing any type of group workout but I found the style of the workouts to be great for getting a lot out of the time in the room.
The coaches are great at keeping the room focused and energized. The front desk staff have been really helpful in getting me set up and helping with any issues.
10/10 would recommend to anyone especially those that are looking for a new type of workout.

My first workout day was amazing--everything was explained to me by Likina and Coach Robyn made sure that I was safe and challenging myself (checking in with each station, encouraging me during the long run). There are so many things I love about your workout! I love the new challenge each session presents. Even with the new format in which workouts repeat every few weeks, we are given an opportunity to challenge ourselves and to directly witness our improvement. Our coaches at OTF Sudbury always encourage us to "get uncomfortable" and reach for the stars so to speak, yet give us the space and support to grow at our own pace. I truly do not believe I would be as committed and as successful as I have been in my OTF journey if it weren't for Shannon, Lizz, Albert, and Kyle. They are what makes OTF Sudbury truly special and a standout from other studios. Our SAs Rhiannon, Tyler, Carla, and Bianca are also second to none - always helpful, with a warm smile of greeting and words of encouragement.

I've been a member here for just over six months, and have nothing but good things to say. The staff here are fantastic, great people all around. I'm still a little unclear how some of them are so much more awake than I am at 6:15am, but I'll get to the bottom of it.
There are a number of 'benchmark' days where you might run a mile, row 200m, 500m, or 2000m, etc., to keep you motivated to improve, beating your previous times. They do a few 'special events' throughout the year to keep things interesting.
The facility is always clean (can't speak to the restrooms/showers, as I've never used either here), and the equipment is always in good shape, never broken or abused.
If nothing else, come for the workout & the music!

OTF not only strengthens your body it also strengthens your overall mental health. I am not a self motivated exerciser and in the past when I would go to classes (at a different gym) I would mail it in, however, at OTF the coaches are so positive and encouraging and the results, while they may take some time to notice, do materialize. The coaches, Hope, Robyn, Albert, Lizz and Shannon are all fantastic, knowledgeable and encouraging. They really care about the members health and fitness and also safety - ever since the pandemic they have gone above and beyond to ensure the studio is clean and that members feel safe and I am so thrilled they have done that.

LOVE OTF Sudbury! It took me two years after kids to find a routine that let me fall back in love with working out. The coaches are amazing and the entire staff makes it a point to get to know their members. Sessions are intense and challenging but always doable. OTF workouts feel like personal training with the coaches calling out intervals on the tread and demoing your exercises on the floor before each round. BUT, it’s a group fitness model so you have that camaraderie to go along with it. They do promos from time to time so if you’re not sure you’ll like it, just try a free class!

I‘ve been to many gyms and participated in many different types of workouts. I love the interval training at Orangetheory Fitness using the treadmill and rower. We also workout on the floor using different weights, a step/bench, TRX straps, and other equipment plus our own body weight. Orangetheory Fitness provides me with an excellent workout every time I attend class. Instructors encourage members of all fitness levels to work at their own pace. There are different challenges members can participate in too. I started at OT in mediocre shape. I have gotten stronger, faster, and my endurance has improved remarkably not only during exercise but also at work and play. I feel and look much better and my confidence has improved. Not only do I enjoy better health and self image since joining OT, I have increased energy, clearer thinking, and I even sleep better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORANGETHEORY FITNESS FOR AN EXCELLENT WORKOUT NO MATTER WHAT YOUR FITNESS LEVEL IS!
Bonus, the staff and trainers are terrific at OTF Sudbury!

What got me hooked early was the variety of exercises and themes for the classes, camaraderie with other members, and encouragement from coaches to push ourselves further. Something else that kept me going later was that coaches were always ready to quickly modify any exercise to accommodate injury or in my case, vertigo. I always felt like I could keep moving forward. OrangeTheory is basically a game changer for anyone at any fitness level.

Best workout in 60 minutes hands down. Between family and work my time is quite limited. With Orangetheory all I have to do is schedule and show up - the rest is guided from there. I feel like I am making the most of my workout and time and that is easily worth the monthly fee! The new studio in Sudbury is fanstastic - lots of space, easy parking, and good class options. The staff are friendly and efficient. Could not ask for anything else!

I joined as a founding member and have been to three classes so far. I'm hooked! The coaches here are fab (Hope, Ben, Nicole and Albert). They keep classes fun while making sure form is correct. The staff is approachable and helpful. The app makes booking a class easy. I leave sweaty and smiling. Can't ask for more!
