Parker has changed my fitness. I came to Parker with a slew of orthopedic injuries that impacted my daily life, even after surgeries and PT. Primarily, a previously dislocated shoulder and torn ACL were interfering with my training and forcing me to take weeks off for pain sometimes. My goals seemed far out of reach. My goal working with Parker was to hopefully learn enough to overcome my injuries and pain. Parker used my sessions not only to give me a workout, but to teach me the proper techniques, routines, and strategies to strengthen my injuries without causing pain. Now, several months after my sessions with Parker, I have been using the techniques I learned from him and I’m in the gym 5 days a week hitting my goals without any pain. I really cannot thank and recommend Parker enough, after dealing with these injuries for years, I felt completely defeated and like my physical goals were truly intangible. Everything he has taught me was backed by science and decades of experience, which he was very willing to share, his passion is palpable and inspiring. I mean he built his body and his business from the ground-up using a solid mindset and strategy that works with any lifestyle. I have a really busy life, but Parker preaches an approach of sustainability so I didn’t have to completely alter my lifestyle to stay fit and healthy. With Parker’s help, I’m killing it now and setting myself up very well with the strength and muscle tone to project my injuries going forward. Parker truly is the best in his field, and it shows, since I truly didn’t receive the right tools from anyone else I’ve gone to for help. I really cannot praise him enough.

Parker is an outstanding trainer. We have been working together for a year, and each workout continues to be unique, thoughtfully designed, and effective. Parker is extremely knowledgeable, able to modify workouts, and is constantly teaching correct form to maximize benefits and prevent injuries. His gym space is beautiful, well-stocked, and clean. Working out one-on-one means never waiting and never feeling self-conscious. Additionally, Parker is a genuinely lovely person. He is humble, kind, encouraging, and funny. I've been going to Parker's studio for the past 6 months and I could not be happier with the decision I made to start personal training with him. He is the man. During our first session, we charted out a plan for me to get to where I wanted to go and with his guidance, I've been able to achieve those goals. He encouraged me to re-think the way I've been training over the past few years and that has allowed me to achieve results faster than before. He is a very caring trainer and is willing to answer any and all questions I have related to fitness and nutrition. Before meeting with Parker, I thought I was healthy and in shape.

I was doing it all wrong. I used to work out 1-2 hours a day, but still wasn't seeing the results I wanted.

I started seeing Parker in January, in hopes of getting in shape for my September wedding. I surpassed my fitness goals, lost 20 pounds, and look and feel the best I ever have. I don't workout as much as I used to, but my workouts are more intentional and effective. I'm also eating better and feel so much better!

Let's start with the studio. It's pristine and located on Newbury Street. Parker has top-of-the-line equipment, and everything you could need to get in a good workout. It's clean and has all of the amenities you need.

The one-on-one training allows Parker to put his focus on you and your form. He is big on form, which is comforting coming from someone prone to injuries. I've also learned how much of an impact form has on results.

Workouts with Parker are enjoyable. We never do the same workout twice, which taught me so much about the importance of switching up workouts. The hour-long sessions go by quickly. I leave the training sessions feeling strong and accomplished!

I workout with Parker once a week. He has helped me with the tools I need when I am on my own. We are constantly adjusting workouts (in the studio and when I am at home), as well as my nutrition in order to keep up with my goals. He is so knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and nutrition, and you can tell how passionate he is too.

Parker is the best trainer and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting in better shape!

When I first started with Gabi, I was just cleared to workout again after a very serious heath scare and was basically starting over in terms of working out and nutrition. I was completely overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin. I felt hopeless. Gabi helped me put things into perspective and take back control of my health. Been working out with Parker for the last three months and I've already seen noticeable results. I can say, with confidence, that he is the best fitness and physique trainer in Boston. How many trainers can point to the wall of Magazine covers with their face on it!? (He never actually did that ;) - he's a really humble and welcoming guy)

The workouts are always educational and not just focused on the lifting and form but also on the diet and lifestyle associated with achieving great results. There were many exercises I've had trouble with in the past and Parker has been able to show me the correct form and build up the weaker areas of my physique.

The gym is always in pristine shape and Parker invests in a lot of innovative "apparatuses" for working out. If you've seen it, he has it, and knows how to use it.

My primary focus working with Parker was to develop my shoulders and he's helped me build the muscles themselves but also develop a wide repertoire of exercises I will take with me forever.

As someone who had been working out just by myself before, I am extremely happy to be continuing my exercise at Parker Cote Elite Fitness! I’ve been training with Peri, who is an absolutely amazing and professional trainer who is always knowledgeable about workouts as well as the lifestyle outside of the training time, like diets, home exercises and so on.

The gym is at the heart of the Newbury Street in Back Bay Boston. It’s a compact place with an area that is perfect for a one to one session and in term of equipments, it has everything I need to do all kinds of exercises and challenges.

Parker Cote is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with! My health journey is a little different in that I am the skinny guy trying to build muscle and bulk up. It has been over six months since I started working and there is never a dull moment. Parker is constantly changing up my workouts to not only keep it interesting but also to keep up the pace of progress. The wide variety of equipment in the studio makes it easy to switch things up. If you want to get a great workout but aren't ready to go back to your gym during COVID, this is a great spot. I've been working out w/ Peri for 2 months now and have had an exceptional experience. The space is great (1600 sq ft private gym) and it is just your trainer and you. No worries of fighting for equipment or people not wearing masks, overcrowding, etc. In addition to an amazing space, Peri has proven to be an exceptional trainer (think Equinox Tier 4 or better) and has provided varied workouts with unique exercises that keep me coming back for more.
