Awful customer service.. charged my card wrong.. then instead of refunding me first charged it again.. called the supervisor, he apologized for the way is was handled but thatβs itβs, told me just to wait for the refund , after being charged again?β Huh ??. I asked for it All to be refunded and that reply- well that would be nice customer service but I will have to βthink about it β meanwhile -Iβm am still waiting to be be refunded !!!! All this for 2 hrs at a crowded pool! Watch your records of payments everyone!!!!
