Inbal is the best! She customizes workouts to meet your specific needs and you have fun doing it! The core strength I gained doing Pilates with Inbal is the main reason I was able to function effectively when a fall left me unable to walk for two months. The PT at the hospital was convinced I would need to go to a rehab facility to learn how to independently transfer in and out of my wheelchair. When I did it on the first try in the hospital, he was shocked. But, I wasnโt. I just smiled and said, โItโs all thanks to my Pilates instructor!โ
If youโve always wanted to try Pilates but didnโt know where to start, Iโd encourage you to reach out to Inbal. I guarantee that youโll love it!

I have been going to Inbal for Pilates for a few months now. She is so much fun! What I love about working out with her is that she experiments and tries different things to make sure everything is working with my body. It's sometimes a little weird, but it usually works! And if it doesn't, we just try other things! Good conversation, good workout- I always leave feeling great.

I have been working with Inbal for 6 months and I absolutely love my sessions with her. Her approach is so personalized and custom tailored to my goals, my specific injuries and limitations, and how my body is feeling before each session. The workouts are challenging and effective and she teaches the "how and why" of each move so I can also practice on my own. As a person, she is so lovely, warm, kind, funny and personable, making each session a pleasure as I get to know her. I can not recommend her studio enough!

I just took my Pilates class and I am amazed at what Inbal and Pilates has done for me physically and mentally. Being in my 70's, I cannot believe how agile, balanced and confident I feel. Exercising has never been something I enjoyed, but I have been taking Pilates with Inbal for 4 years and couldn't be happier. She manages to keep the classes engaging and challenging and they are never boring. Inbal is a wonderful instructor and I look forward to each and every class. I am going into my 5th year with Inbal. I can quite honestly that working with her is the best thing I can remember doing for myself. I started before the birth of my first grandchild knowing that I needed to be stronger. It was like magic. I grew stronger and stronger and more confident.
Then Covid happened and we worked virtually. Sheโs incredibly creative and can adjust to any situation.
A year ago, I had a significant back injury. And, very slowly she nursed me with baby steps back to health. Now Iโm doing things in her studio that I couldnโt have imagined possible.
Working with her has helped my piano playing (Iโm a classical pianist.) Iโm much more aware of how my body is moving.
Even after all these years, she can still remember what worked and didnโt.

I have been seeing Inbal since August of 2023. We have worked in person and have over the past two months, mostly virtually. Inbal took the time to become familiar with a chronic health issue I have and creates workouts around it. I feel so much betterโboth physically and mentallyโsince working with Inbal. I trust her to keep me safe and she has! This is probably the longest span of time Iโve exercised without some sort of minor injury. I love that Inbal encourages me, but is always aware of safety. She focuses on form while moving me through the various positions, making the most minor adjustments that completely change the feel of a particular exercise. I look forward to every meeting!

I love my Pilates sessions with Inbal. She tailors each session to my needs which can be very complicated because of my chronic migraine headaches. I've worked with many Pilates instructors in the past and Inbal is amazing. She has a very holistic approach - she really sees and trains the entire person. I started Pilates with Inbal a little over a month ago and I have loved working with her. I donโt love exercise but I love working with Inbal. She is thoughtful and caring in her approach and tailors her routines to the individual even in a group setting (including those with physical limitations). I have been practicing Pilates with Inbal for 4 years and finally found my happy
place in fitness after spending such a long time trying out different gyms, studios and exercise programs. Inbal is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how to teach to every body and level. I have been taking virtual Pilates classes with Inbal for a few months now and I absolutely love her and her classes. Each and every class is different from the next to really keep us engage. Even over zoom she has a great eye for correcting our form. I can't wait to continue my journey with her!
