I love this planet fitness but why don’t they open at 5am on Saturday and Sundays. I am trying to keep a routine and it’s easier to get to the gym before my family wakes up. Something to think for a great change.

I left this gym because it was not as renovated as other sites. Other locations are getting full renovations and also offer red light therapy as part of the Black package. This site needs renovations in order to get the same full pricing as the renovated sites in my opinion.

I would like to see the equipment that is broken fixed ASAP in the Milford Planet Fitness. Also we need another fly machine. There is always a line to use the machine.

I just joined a few weeks ago and I'll probably be switching to a different gym. I have several complaints: there is no mat area for stretching, just individual mats you can lay down, which is usually fine, but when you spray the sanitizing solution on these mats to clean them before use, it soaks into the mat and then you get wet when you sit on the mat?? Very unpleasant. The paper towels in the gym for wiping equipment are the cheapest product possible so the cleaning spray is either dripping off the towel before it soaks in or the towel disintegrates. This comment is just a personal preference, but its too cold for me in this gym and I have to wear a sweatshirt to work out. Finally, there's a guy with his dog in the gym right now?? The dog isn't wearing a vest and people are petting it, so I don't think it's a service animal. This is not the gym for me.

My 3 star rating will soon change to a 5 star rating if this gym undergoes the renovation that most planet fitness gyms are doing as part of the companies rebranding, by axing the 30 minute circuit and adding more free weights and other resistance machines!

Unfortunately, this location has the same issue as many of the other locations in that it just isn't big enough. There is almost always a wait to use anything besides the cardio machines & the clientele is unquestionably the rudest I've encountered (not the gym's fault, just FYI) The bar next door went under, they'd do well to take over that space & give this gym the square footage it needs

It's cheap. Not always the cleanest. Lots of equipment, most of it works but when it doesn't it's usually broken for weeks. If you go at non peak times and watch closely you can get on one of the 4 Smith machines. Quite a few people that need basic gym etiquette classes.

I’m not one to write poor reviews but it is notable how unkempt this location is. I get planet fitness is generally a subpar gym only profitable for its low price and convenience, but this specific location is trash. I walked in there last week and the place reeked of B.O. I got through my workout thinking it’s probably one of the teenagers but today same thing except the smell was even worst to the point I had to leave because it was so strong. Machines are low quality, there is zero gym etiquette among members that is reinforced by nobody cleaning/talking to these people, constantly packed with kids standing around one machine it’s just all around asinine. My last straw was definitely the stench and overall cleanliness of this place.

The set up is nice, and when Jake works things are a lot smoother. However, they allow dogs apparently in this location. Not only that lingering parades of teenagers that stand over you when you use the massage chair, It is extremely uncomfortable. The brunette girl at the desk was very nice, but no help at all. She was probably scared of the 30 year plus old man with the dog who brought it in like a creep. 🙄 could be innocent but I doubt it I feel like I this was the beginning of SVU milford planet fitness additon. Today just proves no one goes to planet fitness who wants a real workout. There should always be 2 people at the desk for their safety the way the world is these days. Also, wish the gym would bring the age limit up to 18.
Managers please step up. For the safety of your staff and customers.

I have gazed upon several comments of the gym being packed with broccoli heads. Almost to the degree one would assume they were entering a local farmers market for a sneak peak at the freshest produce. While the sum of Cruciferous veggies hair is undeniable and would likely send any carnivore to flee the scene at once, the gym is well maintained and serves the purpose a gym is to serve. Also broccoli helps lower cholesterol, maintain proper blood pressure, and promote cardiovascular health!

Place is Broccoli 🥦 Head central during the summer. Full of Broccoli teens swarmed around the machines on their phones. Looking at thier 130 pound twig body every other minute. Ridiculous that paying customers cannot workout during the summer because of tictok Broccoli head zombies.

The girls named Bella and Octavia who work during the day are the sweetest most friendly people ttowards customers, they always have a smile on their faces and are attentive and make the customers seem like family - the gym has very clean equipment and staff is always cleaning

Gym is decent but really does have a “hardo” vibe to it in the mornings. Locker rooms are big and passable. The man that works early mornings during the week is super nice and welcoming, but if you show up on a weekend good luck even getting an acknowledgment. As someone commented below, the “broccoli head” kid is an absolute punk, and I have a feeling it rubs off to the rest of the staff.

I really like planet fitness bc it’s affordable and conveniently located close to me, but this location is so dirty and doesn’t have much floor room for lifting. This gym is smaller than any other PF I’ve seen so it’s hard to even work out if I don’t go right when they open or right before they’re closing bc there’s just too many ppl in there and not enough machines. I wish they’d move to a bigger space so they could accommodate more ppl. On days where I have the time I drive to another location. It’s farther but worth it.

Zero notice for the gym being closed. I drove over this morning as I do every morning, and it was closed. If I can drive in 1 1/2 inches of snow, so can the team opening the gym up. Super inconvenient. Wasted 30 minutes diving there and back when I would’ve done a home workout. I pay for a membership and expect the gym to be open when it says it will be!

Has decent equipment but i cannot count how many times i had to skipp the butteryfly machine cause someones always using it. Get a second one. Also can we do something about the guy going through a mid life crisis who always wears under armour shirt and a hat has his arms flared out like hes arnold. Guy is always and i mean always hogging up multiple machines. He will step away from a machine for 5 minutes i get on and he comes running back saying he needs to finish a set most of the time hes just walking around doing his best macho man impression. Sound the alarm on this guy!

Spoke to the front desk about signing my teenage son up for a trainer and confirmed one was available for that time. Lucky I called day of for confirmation before dropping him off as I was informed there was no trainer available. Girl on the phone wasn't apologetic, seemed to not really care.

Just recently as of today, this planet fitness got rid of the arch machines and replaced them with the leg machine. I’m very bummed out. The arch machine helps me burn more calories in less amount of time. I can’t use other machine due to my leg problems. I wish this planet fitness would bring back the arch machine. This is by far the world planet fitness I've ever been too. They closed early today which was the final straw. This is the only gym with a "wait list" don't even bother with the unreliable facility. Head over the Franklin, I have never had any issues there. Get it together guys. I've drove here 4x now and had to turn around and drive to another gym. Don't waste your time like I have

A good Planet Fitness location. Staff is generally pleasant and the facilities are well-maintained. People in the area love the free-weights and tend to workout in pairs so it can be hard to find a bench and dumbells at time.

Down loaded planet fitness app to follow availability so I can go to the gym. Thwre is a meter on the app showing the amount of crowd. Showed light. Went to the gym, main desk says you can't come in its full right now. But the application says there is space for other members. Reply was can't use the application have to call first. So question why do you have a misleading function on the app if I have to waste my time and then wait for 20 minutes outside

Had bad migraine so used massage chairs for free with coupon. My friend has a buddy membership so I visited for free.

this is my home club, but they treat you like you're from the neighborhood

i go to a lot of different planet fitness clubs in a lot of different places and i think this one has the best people. a sentiment which they have earned through their efforts, not via simply being close in proximity to me.

can you say no to a place that even makes their dumpster look inviting?
