Have you lived in places where 24 hour gyms are the go to, let me tell you. Your place is by far the best in the south Coast area. Sure, a few minor issues of the rain, tanning beds, things that can be fixed. But I think it’s important that we look at this not in these tiny little issues, but what you have offered the community as a whole. To be able to go work out at 2 o’clock in the morning is something that these days we should expect, but until you appeared on the scene, we didn’t have that. Not to mention, your staff are the most attentive and courteous than any of the other staff in the South Coast Planet Fitness system. Keep up the great work and I will keep coming there because you can’t beat the 24 hour system, Meaning, you have no excuse to not get to the gym when it’s open 24 hours. Thanks. Keep up the great work and I’m sure those little fixes will be done soon.

Clean place but AC is off , it’s cooler outside than inside . Who’s wants to workout smelling each other smells. At least the AC would help being over heated. The guy that works at the service desk with an oversized mustache that also works at the Dartmouth location is rude and wise tone of voice.
I was parking I dropped my wife at the door he’s like your a guest my husband will be in less than a minute. He perused asking for name and saying you can’t come in alone . Her response he’s just parking his response don’t let it happen again.

I love the new Planet fitness it's very organized, clean ,and friendly staff. It is set up the way a gym should be .I have a member of gyms my entire life this one is the best .I'm 82

There is only 1 tanning booth that "works". It seems like every other day, tanning is down. Or the whole spa is down.

This is the new planet fitness in New Bedford just opened up. I’ve been here for about an hour now and it is awesome. All new weights, newer machines I’ll Planet Fitness. It should be just like this one. These are actually the equipment that we should have in every Planet Fitness, It’s very spacious it’s open. It’s not busy yet cause I don’t think too many people know about it yet and then when they do, it’s gonna be crazy in here, but they’ve got everything you pretty much need.
And it also has a very friendly atmosphere. My name is Joe if you see me there come say hi. 💪🏻😁

Been going to PF for a while but this new location is the closest for me and was excited for it's grand opening. Only gone twice so far and it's exceeded my expectations, there's equipment here that I've not seen at other PF locations, and there's a lot of equipment, very spacious. Looking forward to having this be my home gym.

It still has that new smell which is crazy. Plenty of treadmills and weights, nice spacing and attentive staff. I will say the lack of abs, hips and glutes machines is a bit disappointing!

By the time I waited for the hips machine to open someone else was already on it 💔

I’ve never seen a planet fitness with free weight squat. Gym is large, modern with lots of strength machines. Most impressive planet fitness I’ve been to.
