They have 2 massage chairs, 2 hydro-massage beds, 2 tanning booths, 2 tanning beds, and 1 total body machine. They have plenty of treadmills and bikes. Plenty of plates for the machines. Male locker room is a little smaller. 4 shower stalls, 1 changing room. Massage chair 2 needs repairs.

Never had an issue until I had spinal surgery and wanted to suspend the membership. They require you to physically bring in a doctor's note. I'm not even supposed to drive and I'm healing. It was easier to log in online and just cancel my membership. I'll join a more understandable gym when I'm healed.

The entire gym from the front desk, cardio floor, main workout area, locker rooms and stretching room are very well maintained, cleaned and kept. The 3 staff members I’ve interacted with were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The gym has updated cardio machines and equipment to help achieve a great workout. The only thing they are missing in my opinion, and maybe I simply didn’t see any were kettlebells and resistance bands. Otherwise 10/10 would recommend for price and the equipment available to its members!

The front end staff - I always receive nothing but thoughtful and conscientious responses and attention when I go to the front desk. If they are doing something nearby, they always make a point to ensure I have what I need before resuming their activities. This I am appreciative of - since timing I important at a gym - whether being in a rush or waiting for a machine. They also take the time to learn my name to personalize my experience. It may not be valuable to all but it is to me!

Planet Fitness has some limitations from a free weight perspective but what they have is in great condition and in good supply so rarely do I have to wait for anything. The hydromassage is worth the black card membership by itself and its also nice to be able to use all their gyms for free when I travel. The North Attleboro location has the best gym staff of any gym i have been to. They are always keeping the place in good condition and couldn’t be any nicer.

Just signed up the other day and have to say I really enjoy the gym. They have plenty of equipment everything seems clean. I don’t believe they have a sauna which I enjoy, and there are not any class rooms. Other than that it works for me. The price is very reasonable. Just had only 3 inches of snow and gym opens 3 hours late. You would think we just had a blizzard? Seriously?

The 4th different location I have tried. A+ and on the way to my office in Walpole, MA. I was up early and needed a quick massage, stretch and shower on the way to finish projects early. Nice and clean and convenient location close to 95 and Route 1.

This is a great gym! The staff are very friendly. Brooke signed me up and is always helpful and pleasant and Maureen is also great she is very friendly and knowledgeable about the spa and red light therapy. The people that go to the gym are friendly and you never feel uncomfortable.

I tried to cancel or freeze my account. They told me that I have to come in. I no longer live in Massachusetts I’m currently living in Florida taking care of my dad who became paralyzed due to a motorcycle accident. They told me I can have a family member come down and cancel it for me, but I don’t have a family member that is going to drive an hour to just cancel a membership Because my family is not local. I can’t believe that there isn’t a way to cancel your membership on the app this is a complete inconvenience. They also told me that I can write a letter and mail it out Which is also a complete inconvenience when you’re taking care of somebody 24 seven and barely have time to breathe.

North Attleboro planet fitness policy’s are not reasonable. They don’t allow gym bags for one. I pack a lot of equipment for the gym, water bottle, wrist wraps, weight belts, gym gloves, squat rack bar pads etc. how can I not have a bag ? I have been all over the country and have never been told I cannot bring my gym bag into the gym. Also I was asked to re deck weights by an employee named Galvan, he then on exit told me to never return and canceled my membership without warning. This took me time to make phone calls and to clear up. I don’t know who owns this planet fitness but it’s time for a management change. Also the manager has a foot infection at the desk that she is always talking about. Like who wants to hear that. I always am polite about it and understand it’s a medical issue. But really.. gross !!! So after these experiences I’d say change of mangement is needed at this location. the machines are fine , most staff is great just management just needs a cleanup. Anyhow my humble opinion.

Absolutely unacceptable! Cumberland Ave. gym closed with no NOTICE to members, for 3 days now. NO prior notice, and no notice on the doors. Today the movers told me that it would be open tomorrow, but, I doubt it. I have never had this happen with any other respectable gym! I think the staff is awesome! My 14yr old daughter and I go together. They’ve even taught us new exercises for free! But it was confusing on the $25. a month fee when I thought differently!?! I was accompanying a friend as a guest, and they had a black card. I had 30 minutes to work out that day. I was made to wait while the assistant manager Mariah searched for 15 minutes for my name in the "system", while checking in other guests and answering questions while I waited there. She asked me a bunch of questions.. Finally she told me she couldnt find me in the system, and made my friend download the mobile app, register me, and she took my photo even though I said I didn't want to. I have never had to go through this nonsense at any other planet fitness, nor when I visited this planet fitness a few days prior. The whole ordeal took almost 20 minutes, and I ended up having to leave without working out at all. Really poor experience.

I checked my bank today and Mariah signed me up for planet fitness without my permission!! Absolutely horrible service.

The worst gym to join, i am paying $20 a month for year and i go there 2 or 3 times a year,i walked in and met the very rude worker Edgar Chamorro, he said you have to download the app, i told him can you lookup my phone number he said i do it only this time but next time you have to have the App i said give me a tag, i dont want extra app in my phone just to get into the gym i already have all kind of apps, he said no tags anymore aand you have to use the app only i said then i cancel he said ok i cancel you now if you like i said go ahead and do it i been paying you for years and dont even come so free money for your gym and now you giving me hard time just because i dont want to download the App , he end it up canceling my membership

I loved this location when I first joined about 9 months ago. But I recently moved away and I needed to cancel my membership. I walked in and canceled face to face. Then months went buy. About 8 months later I was charged on my credit card with out any notice. I found out after 8 months later I was still being charged and the guy never canceled my gym membership and they were charging me.I called to see if they could help me figure out why I was charged and why membership wasn’t canceled properly. At this moment the manger was very rude and wouldn’t fix the problem but instead argued with me and hung up on me.don’t do business with these people at this location. They are very rude and not willing to listen or be helpful. I’m very disappointed in there customer service at this planet location.
