I go for the treadmill. A few months ago they reduced the amount of treadmills. I enjoy walking with a companion and now you can not always find two empty treadmills next to each other. It's not fun anymore.

The employee named Brandon has no life and continues to pick on people that are a different race than him. It is apparent in the way that he talks and acts and yells at people in the gym for doing nothing wrong. He has a small fragile ego that has to be boosted by picking on people which I can understand just by looking at him. Everyone from Wilbraham to Ludlow to Springfield talks about how bad this guy is and how annoying he is, kinda just wish he would quit cause all I see him doing is harassing people and acting like he has no life.

worst planet fitness ever, the staff member Brandon is so annoying and always says "you know we close at 7pm right" on the weekends which he states multiple times since I have been going to this gym for 2 years now. Again Brandon is the worst staff member and is so weird. Ridiculous service and it is not that serious, I am simply trying to get a workout in without Brandon bothering us. He talks to the people at planet fitness more than he does his job! Do not recommend going here ever!

I really love coming here, truly. I’ve gained a beautiful community and have been coming here almost everyday for a while now. About a year ago, there was an issue with the gym not being opened on time. After some turn over with staff, it seemed to have improved! However the last couple of weeks it has started again. Currently sitting in the parking lot 30 min after opening time and no one’s here to open. I hate making negative reviews, especially for a place I really appreciate, but when you wake up to get to the gym for 4:30 am on a Monday, you really just want the place to be open.

It a descent Gym. Not breaking the bank, the new improvement is awesome, plenty of machine, 9 stair masters at least, rowing machine, plenty of treadmills cycling and different type of bikes... all sort of weight equipments. My only thing is people using there phones while using machine, prolonging other workout... other wise come in and get your workout... plus massage chairs, tanning, lockers... and the gym smell is bare minimal... they keep the place clean...

Great location I've been visiting for a few years. The gym is consistently pretty clean, equipment is a little outdated but it's definitely enough to maintain a fit lifestyle. And they have a selection of amenities for black card users such as a massage chair, spa and locker/shower area.

Absolutely disgusting upgrades. New equipments are total garbage 🗑️ literally lighter weights smaller equipments like and a whole new setting ? Like keep some of the old stuff for long term customers. Most of these new equipments are just so bad and I been a member here since 2017. I’m closer to the one on liberty but choose here and they copied the exact same thing. Same weak equipments from liberty they brought here. That was what made Parker better the abs equipments. Parking lot lighting has been out for quite some time now in the early morning and is very dark. I myself have almost been backed into twice while walking through the parking lot. PLEASE FIX THE LIGHTING BEFORE SOMONE IN UNNECESSARILY HURT......as for the gym itself, the staff is very friendly and the gym is very clean and well maintained.

I was working out and was asked to put on my shoes, I was not bear foot, let’s be clear I had on yoga socks. That people use to work out in. I have seen several people workout in their sock and never have I ever seen the shoe police ask them to put on their shoes.

Started out at $99 and was told once you are at 99 price won't go up. Now they want $250 for less services. What happened to the price never goes up? 2 senior parents are paying 250 now to go on a treadmill for 30 minutes. Planet fitness is starting to get greedy. More money , less hours, no more pizza and bagels, you can go to a gym with a pool and racquetball for the same money. Planet fitness should honor the long time members with the price like they said when people joined.

I absolutely love my Planet Fitness on Parker Street! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the gym is clean and well-maintained. Not happy with them at all. I work nights and during/after covid they limited their hours as expected. I went in to suspend my account since I could not go as they were closed during my available time. I asked if I would still be charged until I reactivated my account. I was told no I would not be since I had put my account on hold. I went in the other day since I am now available to return after an injury. I found out that I have been charged since 10/22 for a service I requested to be suspended. That's like $1200. To even try to get a refund, I have to see the manager during the days, when I need to sleep. I was also told that they would more than likely tell me that they would not refund me or even a credit towards my account, which I would be fine with.

My goodness the night supervisor is insufferable!
I was billed $60 due to a era on Planet fitness end, my payment withdrawal somehow got messed up and PF never notified me, and just let it linger for months. Even though I showed up every day (sometimes twice a day).

EVERYDAY that I show up the night manager relentlessly nags and even follows me through the gym asking me about $60. I told him that most people are paid every two weeks and bugging members about a small bill that wasn't even their fault every single day is insane. I get paid monthly, and have to deal with this back up supervisor following me to the treadmill for $60 everyday darn day. Even though I just told him that I haven't been paid yet bro, and still will not be paid tomorrow either...

I've been told that he is obsessed with becoming a manager and he thinks that harassing customers will get him that position?!? I'm about ready to just cancel my membership and go somewhere else. What a pain in the butt, my god.
