They started opening 24 hours each day & should keep it that way, come what may! That is what we were promised from day one! With all the volume, they can surely afford to have someone there 24 hours. I only see 1 or 2 kids there at a time, where before it used to be a bunch of Staff.

It's not fair to us & the places are not as clean as everyone says in their comments. I understand it's nice to be kind, but these are here for others to get a true picture. Bathrooms & showers are specially gross, really; their walls & floors are slimy! Sad that people who use them, don't care how they leave things for the next person, leaving wrappers, papers, etc. 💔 Totally unnecessary! Planet Fitness Staff hardly ever gets in there to really clean, never mind desinfect the whole place up... So yes, 24 hours gives us more time to get there when it's not as crowded, so I'm able to clean before & after my personal use. ... 👍💓👍 Specially in the bathroom showers, sink & stall.

Even the locker room is looking gross. Some days I see papers, shampoo bottles, soaps, that I don't trow out, in case they come back 4it, sitting there for days! 😭🥴😥
There's a night crew that's always cleaning, faithfully & passionately;I do see them, but when the day shift is only there to greet & gossip all day, the night crew can only do so much!

I know, because I had my own Cleaning Homes Crew so I am well aware of cleanliness the minute I go anywhere.
Please, help the night shift, during the day, as there's not enough hours at night to keep that place spotless.

That's how decease spreads so quickly, by neglecting to desinfect well the areas that most need it. Please, day Staff, clean more & talk less. I doubt they hired you all to talk about your personal life. Every Staff should have designated areas to clean every single day, that way it's all done at least once a day, even if a customer is messy.

& Customers, please, leave things cleaner that you found it, it's the right thing to do for those who come behind you, please! 🙏🏻💞🙏🏻 ... Shout out to the Night Crew, the few that really work. Thank you so, so much!

I tend to review planet fitness when I go out of town. This is my base and was disappointed to see its low rating when it is still one of the best PFs I go to. Most of the negative comments seem to be about overall then this one location in particular.

Never an issue with staff or people wiping down-I see that at other places other places. People who workout there are great and I love seeing what they do because the people I see there are focused and friendly.

The set up is the best! Great room for abs, TRX, and stretching-not small like other places. Not many have this size room to be able to do the wind down of your workout routine!

This is hands down the best location for planet fitness in the Worcester area! All of the staff is great. Always friendly and happy to help the members who come here. Planet Fitness is outstanding, the environment is remarkable, the cleanliness is outstanding, the friendliness is amazing, the vibe is calming! There are 2 workers who I find amazing and hard working! Julianne she is very polite, very welcoming, always has a smile on, very helpful, she is always keeping herself busy, she makes sure the bathroom is clean and she make sure there is paper towels in the dispenser and she makes sure the sprays are filled, Julianne has such a great personality, she is very professional! Ayden is such an excellent manager, he has a great demeanor, he is very very professional, very polite, very respectful, amazing at resolving problems, very knowledgeable, he is on top of everything and everyone!

I have come to this location for years and I am one of those limited few that comes in right when it opens (its now 24hrs on some days) and Sean the front desk gentleman with the glasses its the absolute BEST! That gym even smells better now. He takes care of absolutely everything. I have never seen anyone clean the windows, EVER. He deserves a raise, because that is what I call going above and beyond and even better he is ALWAYS on time! Best front desk I've experience and I have been going there for 10 years on and off. GREAT JOB SEAN!

I'll give it an A for cleanliness, C and D's for everything else.

I joined up on Memorial Day because my regular Gym was closed. It's a half a mile from my house and costs about as much as my work health reimbursement would have cost. Gym was pretty empty that night, crowd meter showed 1 or 2 bars, seemed reasonable.

Tried coming back on a Wednesday 2 hours before close when the crowd meter said 3 bars. Boy was that inaccurate. there were maybe 1 or 2 random machines open, the place was crawling with people, definitely didn't feel like I could get an actual workout in. Didn't mind, went to my regular gym and said I'd try again another day.

Well, that other day was Saturday at 2:00pm. Crowd meter again shows 2 bars so I'm thinking it's going to be hit or miss. Again, I walk in and it's pretty busy, I got onto a couple of machines, but when it came time for a bench to do some dumbbell work, not a bench in sight.

I left and decided that it wasn't worth the $25/mo for their black card membership and canceled as soon as I got home. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at this point. The summer is coming which means it'll be littered with teens in an already overcrowded gym.

If you're serious about wanting to get in shape, find a gym that isn't planet fitness. This place just wants to sign people up and collect their money, after that, it's whatever to them. Maybe other locations are different, but I highly doubt that, it's a low budget gym that people are supposed to just sign up for and never use, that's their entire business model.

It’s a fine gym, the equipment is maintained well, the people are nice and I’ve never been bothered by anyone. However, the women’s locker room is consistently disgusting. I work out in the mornings Monday-Friday so I shower at the gym 5 days a week and can tell that the locker room doesn’t usually get cleaned at all over the weekend. And lately there’s been ants in the changing/shower area which is pretty gross. Also at least one of the showers doesn’t drain very well so there’s always a lot of water puddled on the floor in that area.

For me, I love a gym if it has three things: good equipment, space to work out and a clean environment. Planet Fitness Worcester Webster Sq. has all three and then some. The employees are kind, there is always new equipment or equipment being worked on, and there is so much space. I'm hardly ever waiting for a machine. I'd recommend this gym to anyone!

Definitely one of the best Planet Fitness facilities I have been in. I have been a member for years and this is definitely one of if not the best I’ve been in. This fitness center is a great place to start and continue your fitness journey. As members go you’ll see the full spectrum except for the hardcore bodybuilders and power lifers. Lots of equipment to accommodate lots of members. Clean facility including private showers and friendly staff. Minimal free weights but thats on-brand for the kind of gym it is.

This is the first negative review I have written.
Planet Fitness Webster Square was the worst experience of any gym I have ever entered, and I have exercised at numerous gyms in multiple countries., for decades.
Planet Fitness Webster Square treated me in a non professional, demeaning, condescending manner - and I am not a sensitive person .

Planet Fitness Webster Square promotes unethical practices, and on multiple occasions double billed my account.

Do not patronize this gym as there are multiple options nearby. Such as the YMCA Central Branch Worcester (great facility)
Crunch Grafton St (also great) and Anytime Fitness (great).

Anywhere but that terrible purple place is great.
And I have never been treated so poorly in my life (and that says a lot lol)

I would like to express that I enjoy the Lincoln street Planet Fitness and feel welcome and respected there.
