The day we went, it wasn't overly crowded. The bay offered pleasant vistas. Kids will enjoy the Splash Pad and the nearby playground. Several benches are present, though bringing your own beach chairs might provide greater comfort.

This is an outdoor area with spray jets. It's designed for young children. There is also a playground. The snack bar and restrooms are only open in the summer. It's located in Nelson Memorial Park and Nelson Beach. Parking is free, but limited. The Grace Walking Trail also starts here. The views of Plymouth Bay are excellent. All in all a great place for the whole family.

Nelson beach splash pad is awesome. My 4 year old grandson made friends quickly and loved trying to stop the water from splashing up.

It's sadly closed now for the season. But when it's open the place is awesome. Right next to Nelson playground and the beach front. Good sized with many different types of sprayers

Great little park for kids summer fun. Splash pad, playground, and safe little kids beach that is nice at high tide. Not far from all the restaurants, and the parking is free if you can get a spot.

My kids had so much fun here. There is a splash pad, playground, and beach all in the same area. It wasn't overly busy when we visited, which we love. It was clean and people were friendly.
