Tommy is the best! He is super knowledgable, has an uncanny eye for form, and is hilarious to boot. He brought me back from injury after a gnarly bike accident and was really helpful in customizing exercises for my needs. Best of all, in 9 months I've gained 10 pounds of muscle but am still the same pants size.

Tommy is a great coach. He’s able to see where your strengths and weaknesses lie and help you use those strengths to your advantage to train your weaknesses. I also used to avoid male coaches because I thought they could be too pushy/hard on me, but he understands my limits and coaches with an empathetic style, and will encourage me to do more with a difficult set but still able to move on when he can see I’m getting too frustrated with a specific exercise. So glad I found him!!

I started training with Tommy (owner) just a few months ago. I used to be a very active person but definitely lost steam during lockdown, and essentially felt like I was starting from scratch when I began training again. Tommy has been very patient and helpful throughout, always asking if I feel challenged, and if not, he’s eager to switch it up and keep my workouts exciting. He’s also very understanding and flexible with scheduling, which I appreciate. I met with a couple other trainers before deciding on PPT, and the personal attention/friendly environment I got here made my choice an easy one. Also giving a shoutout to Nano the motivational gym dog!
