With The Powerhouse Pilates Method, our Pilates Specialist will tailor these workouts to progressively increase the challenge to YOUR body, eventually incorporating, cables, dumbbells, and kettlebells to keep you STRONG & MOBILE.

I should have come here much sooner. My trainer Michelle is the best. She's super knowledgeable, professional and an incredibly kind soul. I leave there every session feeling empowered. The facility itself is super clean, and all the trainers are so nice and welcoming (Shout out to Shuba & Brandon).

This is a beautiful space. I took a semi-private mat Pilates class with Brandon and it was great! The class was small enough that he could come around to everyone to correct your position/ form and he gave modifications for all levels. Being new to Pilates - I didn’t feel left behind or one move away from an injury. I felt coached and guided and see a path to improving over time. Everyone was at different levels in the class.

About a year ago, I started Powerhouse Pilates with Lila, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions that combine pilates with weight-bearing exercises. It is the perfect combination for me to enhance my flexibility, balance and core strength while building my bone, heart and muscle health. Lila is a terrific coach who makes sure that my form is correct to prevent pain and injury and adjusts my workout depending on how I am performing. I highly recommend Powerhouse Pilates if you are looking to make progress on achieving your 2025 fitness goals.

Shubha is An amazing teacher. I had done a bunch various Pilates classes but this has been by far the best one. I am being challenged, I have noticed a huge difference in my form and because of Shubha I understand now of what not to do so I don’t injure myself. I noticed I change in my form especially around my waist, stomach and butt. Very happy with the results
