North Shore's most beautiful wellness studio. We creatively combine barre, mat Pilates, yoga, and strength training to bring you a full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and tones the body. Breath work and mind-body awareness are fluid to deepen our movement and bring balance to the body. Using precise, controlled, and intentional movements, we're not only working on a stronger body, but a deeper understanding of ourselves as women.

I have always done high-intensity and lifting as my workouts. Getting to one of Stef’s classes was truly humbling! No matter how in-shape you feel like you are - it’s always the perfect challenge! I have tried a few Pilates-Style classes before without success. This one is a vibe - from the instructors, to the space, to the music! Now loving incorporating this into my regimen a few times per month! Really targets those “smaller/finer” muscle you can not get to — always a good burn!

PowHer is such an amazing community. Stef is super knowledgeable and encouraging—and the programming always keeps things fresh and challenging. There are scales for all levels and intensities. The all-pink studio adds such a fun vibe, and I always feel safe and comfortable here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great workout in a welcoming space!

Love this little barre studio! It’s absolutely adorable. They use pink Bala bands and accessories— too cute. Classes are challenging, community is excellent, and instructors are top notch. I left class with Stef feeling challenged and accomplished! Can’t wait to go back on the days I’m in the North Shore!

I went to the mommy and me Wednesday barre class today and had a great experience. The instructor was fantastic, the studio is beautiful and uses innovative and chic equipment. Registering was so easy. I look forward to going back next week for another class and plan to try some of the other classes Town Barre offers as well. One thing I want to call out is how comfortable I felt - this was my first public postpartum workout and I was perfectly challenged. Highly recommend checking out Town Barre!

An amazing workout! Each class is new and challenging no matter how long you've been doing barre. Michelle and her inspiring team of instructors are so helpful and willing to modify exercises to make sure each person is getting the most out of their workout. There are a wide variety of classes and times. I always leave Town Barre feeling stronger both mentally and physically.

I just joined Town Barre in July and I have never felt better! As somebody that loathes going to the gym and avoided it for 4 years, I finally decided I needed to do something for me! The classes really challenge me to do better each week and I now find myself going 4x a week when I can! I'm always looking forward to my next class. The instructors are also the best and always make me feel confident during class! Michelle is amazing and I love my classes with her too! Thanks Town Barre for welcoming my nonathletic self with open arms!

Michelle and the town barre team are fantastic. I started out doing barre earlier in the summer and was nervous about going in and doing something new, but everyone there made me feel so comfortable and made sure my form was perfect so I was getting the most out of my workout! If you are on the North Shore, I would recommend coming to this studio, the hospitality and service is unmatched!
