At Pro Wellman Fitness, we offer personal training in Medford designed to fit your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Our services include one-on-one and two-on-one personal training, strength and mobility training, back pain and injury recovery programs, and nutrition guidance.
Unlike crowded gyms, Pro Wellman Fitness is a private studio and a judgment-free space where you can focus on progress without distractions. With over 20 years of experience and NASM certification, we help adults of all ages lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, and train safely.

Paul is an excellent trainer. As someone who’s dealt with lower back pain, Paul has been super mindful and careful with the fitness regiment he put together and continually checks in on my back. I was immediately intrigued because of the location, and also that we would both get a referral discount if I started too. Paul creates personalized workouts that are programmed based on your goals. He genuinely cares about your progress and weaves his knowledge of exercise, nutrition, and functional movement into each session. I've always been dedicated and consistent in my exercise journey, but Paul has shown me how to level up and that I'm capable of more than I think I am.

I started training with Paul 6 weeks postpartum and my experience has been incredible. Paul's workouts are tailored to fit my needs and skill level, he's knowledgable about any modifications that may be needed, and his workouts are designed for me to be able to continue at home on my days off. Paul is a great trainer! He offers partner training sessions so my friend and I can split the cost while still getting all the benefits of individual personal training. He has taught us many new exercises and is always making sure that we are doing them correctly. He makes the sessions very challenging but they are still fun and the 45 minutes goes by quickly. Paul's great! Flexible, reasonably priced, and genuinely kind. I've been going to him for about 3 months and have seen steady muscle growth and weight loss in what feels like a very sustainable program.
He's also very knowledgeable about muscle groups and joints, and has been very accommodating to my shoulder injury, never letting me feel like it's holding back our progress. We just pivot to a different exercise if I feel like it's acting up.

Update: I’ve been training with Paul for almost two years now and have seen huge improvements. I went from having knee issues where I couldn’t squat body weight without pain to now squatting close to 135 lbs. I’m also working to rehabilitate my shoulder/wrist issues and have gone from just band exercises to pressing 30 lbs.
Paul’s studio is at his home. His facility has all the essentials to get you a killer workout. I’ve been training with Paul for a few months now and I have already started seeing some improvements. I am very injury prone at the gym and Paul is very mindful about that and he caters my workout to make sure I avoid injuries. After searching for a trainer for months I landed at Pro Wellman and it’s safe to say Paul is a very knowledgeable instructor and he motivates you to push through mean workouts that has you sweating by the end. Pro Wellman Fitness is a home based fitness center that has weights and benches, but he also uses resistance bands which help improve flexibility. He can tailor any treatment to the ailments or goals that clients have. Paul has one large room that you work out in and during intake he will cover everything about your history to your current issues. He was very thorough during the intake and even reminded me of other parts on my body that I wanted to strengthen to carry around my baby. My knees were my main concern and Paul did a thorough check of them and had me do certain tests to see where I was lacking in strength and alignment. I worked out with Paul for a few sessions and felt great, but ultimately he felt I needed to see a physical therapist for my knees because of a specific disorder (knee caps off track) that I have. If it wasn’t for Paul noticing this disorder during my sessions, I may not have sought the proper treatment. Paul is a great guy with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the body and fitness. Thank you Paul for helping me get back on “track”.
