I’ve been a member at Pulse Fit Training for just over a year, and joining was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself.
Pete (the owner) and his entire professional coaching team at both the Danvers and Peabody studios truly care.They meet you where you are, they coach you toward YOUR goals, and they push you just enough to keep you improving while always keeping form and safety a priority.
Since starting, I’ve lost close to 50 pounds and I genuinely credit that to the coaches,the programming, and the members. The environment here is positive, encouraging, and motivating. You’re never alone, the coaches and the community are cheering you on every step of the way.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness or already active and looking to level up, I highly recommend Pulse Fit Training. Walk through those doors you’ll be happy you did! 💪🔥

I started my fitness journey here with personal training sessions, and later transitioned into group classes—and it’s been a fantastic experience throughout. Started Pulse Fit about 3 months ago and it’s safe to say I’ve had an extremely positive experience. All of the trainers are amazing and I’ve seen results I didn’t even think I was capable of achieving. Coming from a student athlete background my whole life to graduating college and losing that group workout setting, Pulse Fit was the perfect place for me to pick up right where I left off. This gym is the real deal! Pete the owner is very hands on and hires incredible trainers to deliver results oriented workouts. The team is friendly, down to earth and motivating. I've been going to Pulse Fit for over 3 months. I'm 62 and haven't worked out for a long while. I went for a free session with Pete and was impressed from the start. I signed up for private sessions with Laura and recently started Beginner group classes twice a week with Cory, Lauren and Juan. I also receive nutrition discussions and weekly weigh ins with Pete to help keep me on track for my weight loss goals. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are all professional, knowledgeable, caring and personable. They've help build my confidence in weight training and cardio as well as provide a fun and positive environment to do it all. I was looking for a trainer for my Mom & MIL after they both had recently completed cancer treatments and were hoping to get their strength back. This was the first gym I called and after speaking with Pete, I looked no further! My mother and mother-in-law have now been working with Pete for 7 months. He is amazing! He them where they were at and progressed them to where they are today! He checks in with them regularly aside from just classes and you can tell he truly cares about his clients. He is professional, hardworking and so very kind. 10/10 stars!

Never ever go to this location Pete is the owner when someone start with him he will show you stars and moons. He charged my 14 years old $1300 for two months two days a week he ripped us off he did not give him any session by himself he made his trainers work with him his first time working out it was the worst experienced ever at the end, he ripped us off by saying he will deduct 1 session now he is not refunding our money back for last 4 sessions he is forcing my 14 years old to go to them when he does not want to very unprofessional owner

Pete is the best. Pete has created the most efficient exercise program. If you want to burn calories, get stronger, create endorphins and get a total workout in an hour, Pulse Fit is the place. Pete is able to remember each client's unique abilities and needs. So for every movement/exercise he will watch YOUR form, explain how to modify if you need to, and move you and the class along. This is very important, Pete is not working out with you, he is spending every minute watching peoples' form. And the small group classes are really small. So everyone gets individual attention. Lastly, Pete cares. He will text you after class to check in, encourage you and keep you motivated.

By far the best training studio I have ever been too! Trainers are amazing, full of energy! I like the heart rate monitors they give out as it really pushes you in the workout. The gym is very clean, and not to mention every machine is wiped down in-between exercises. I have been working out for 10+ years and can say this is hands down the best gym and training experience I have had. Peter the owner is very attentive to all his members and made sure I was accommodated with classes that fit my schedule, he wants you to succeed and keeps you accountable. The reason why I joined Pulse Fit training is because I felt stuck I was doing spin 5 times a week and saw no results. I had bad knee pain to the point where I couldn’t walk at times. A coworker of mine recommended it to me and I decided to try one free class to see if it was meant for me. Peter suggested a three month plan to start and I was hooked. He modified my workouts but still felt challenged. He also stays in touch with you to make sure your staying on track with your eating and your workouts. By one month I had no more knee pain and I was seeing changes in my body physically and mentally. I had a great experience and would suggest this to anyone wether you have an injury or any age he works with you.
