I was intimidated an anxious when I began. I was never an “exercise” person but I knew I needed something. Nine months in and it is my happy place to go. This is a great facility !! I just finished the 6 week mini membership and recommend it for all women. Any age, any fitness level....this is the place. There's a wide variety of things to join in on...such as: spinning, boxing, bootcamp and much more. Highly recommend Quench Training for Women....great location too. Come check it out.

I had no idea how much I needed this place until I took my first strength training session. I immediately knew the exercises I was doing on my own were not going to get me where I need to be and Quench Training would. It was an easy choice, the atmosphere is welcoming, encouraging and everyone works at their own ability so it’s not competitive. There is always a great group of ladies to work out with, the facility is clean, well-equipped, and there are plenty of choices of training and times. I highly recommend.

I've been going to Quench for 2 years now and cannot say enough great things about them. When I started two years ago, I was not sure what I would be able to accomplish. The trainers at Quench are so good at understanding where I am and what my goals are. I take the bootcamp classes and personal training, but there is also boxing, spinning and many special classes. I have accomplished so much in my time there and feel very healthy and strong. I look forward to going to the gym and feel great leaving. I recommend Quench to anyone who is venturing into fitness.

So motivating... awesome options to keep you engaged, challenged, SAFE. All of the trainers are personable and well versed in fitness and safety- with your abilities and/or limitations in mind. Jillian is super responsive and accommodates you as an individual. I have been a member of Quench for one year. I can honestly say that walking through the doors at Quench a year ago was one of the best decisions I made for me!! I not only have become more fit but I have also joined a community of women who support and care for each other!! No intimidation EVER - lots of fun while working out - who knew!!!!! A wonderful boutique gym for women! Don’t let the word “boutique” fool you, this is hardcore. Jillian and her team are supportive, friendly and encouraging. There are lots of great bootcamps and classes to choose from with many classes on the schedule daily so you’re sure to find one at a time that works for you.
And it’s a beautiful space to hang out in to boot! It’s all good!

Quench Training for women is a fabulous boutique workout facility with a super friendly vibe. You can get a tough as nails boxing session, a CrossFit-like bootcamp WOD, or a drenching spin class all led by motivating trainers.... or you can go your own pace with any of the equipment and truly make it your perfect workout experience. Highly recommend!!!

I’m loving this place! It took me a while to find the right fit since moving to the Cape- I wanted a gym that was a mix of a lot of elements—upbeat, offered a variety of classes/ times, a great supportive community, and most of all: killer workouts! Jillian’s concept is solid - from the ultra-cool facility to the well-conceptualized classes (Boot Camp, spinning, boxing, and combinations of it all!)- it’s perfect for someone who loves to workout in a fun environment and also someone who needs help finding motivation! I leave each time feeling energized and happy +proud about the work I put in— highly recommend!

Quench is more than just a gym - it is a community of supportive women. The classes are awesome, and you always have a trainer with you. It is great for all fitness levels. Jillian (the owner) is always available, there to give you tips and help you along in your fitness journey - she will also make you laugh your way through the more challenging classes :). This is a awesome women’s only gym that will make you immediately feel comfortable. They offer fabulous trainings like boxing, spinning boot camps and personal training! Your workout is put together for you. All you do is show up and sweat! Their main objective is to get you results and help you reach your goals!
