Training with Héctor at Red City Fitness is a completely different experience. He has a unique way of teaching — combining discipline with motivation, and he always manages to get the best out of you without making you feel pressured. The gym’s atmosphere is excellent — full of positive energy, a friendly vibe, and a lot of respect.

I feel so lucky to have found Red City Fitness and Hector! He is an excellent personal trainer and I always look forward to our sessions. He made me feel at ease from the very first session. He is great at adapting his training style to my needs. And I have a blast every time I visit him. I would absolutely recommend him if you are considering PT sessions. You will not regret it!

I started working out at Red City 4 years ago and I have never been more proud of my progress. Thanks to Hector he is an awesome trainer and a better person. He was a teacher for me because I never did weightlifting. I would recommend everyone 100% to these place.

I am very happy to have a private personal training studio now in downtown. Super convenience for me because I work in leather district. I take the train in south station and the gym is 3min walking distance from the T station.
Hector have so much experience training clients. He is very professional and great personality.
If you work or live near here. 100% recommended.
