Absolutely LOVE Set the Tone! I have been working out here for over three years and it's the best choice I've made to keep me on track! Chris has also trained both of my kids and they absolutely love coming here. He makes the workouts fun and challenging at the same time. The environment is non judgemental and workouts can be modified to fit the needs of each individual.
