I highly recommend SetPoint Rx for anyone seeking personalized attention, expert guidance, and a motivating fitness experience. It is a boutique fitness program where every fitness capability can achieve goals in a supportive and motivating environment. The sense of community is amazing. Staff and members are the friends you need to motivate and guide you. Everything a big gym has to offer including personal training and group classes in a comfortable, smaller motivational environment.

My wife signed up for set point RX and paid the full amount of $600 up front. Then when the pandemic hit, they shut down business after less than a month. It took months to contact Keith Johnson who is running this facility. He said he would refund our money and I had voicemails to confirm that. It came down to me having you threatened to take them to court. I told him that we should be refunded $550 to which he verbally agreed to. He said he needed more time us the rest of the money so we only gave approximately 400.00 at the time. To this day set point RX Plymouth / Keith Johnson still owes us a balance that has not been paid. I would advise everybody to stay away from this company because of the bad experience we've had with them.

Writing this review for a member who wishes to remain anonymous: “If I could leave a zero I would. I am a very long time member of this organization and I was completely taken back by the new “club manager” Cam. He was incredibly rude and condescending. Not only did he not help us learn the machines when we asked but I watched him disregard a woman’s request to turn down the heat by saying “this is my club” and walking away. The previous manager was so helpful and I’m used to feeling at ease and felt much more heard and confident in my work outs because I was being properly educated. Now - there is barely anyone there other than Donny (who is amazing) who is willing to help members. We pay $60 a month to be getting a more hands on experience and I am certainly not getting that. It’s such a shame because this program helped me so much, but it is not in effect at this club under this new management. I hope Cam either finds his rhythm or someone else who is passionate about the members take his place”
