Skyla is an amazing instructor! Taking private classes with Skyla has improved my form and strength so much and I love how she attentive she is. She puts in so much effort to understand your body and provides lessons in a truly customized and knowledgeable way. Her cues are so great for understanding correct posture.
I started Pilates in a class format but since doing privates with Skyla, I can feel so much more progress. I always feel challenged but strong after every session - cannot recommend her enough!

I just had my first 1:1 Pilates session and it was an amazing experience!
