Not only do we come to your place of choice at a time of the day that is convenient for you, we motivate you through our networking group and give you that push you need to work for the results that you want. We regularly invite specialists to assist in-session.
This is what makes us unique. What’s more, we offer custom fitness plans to meet your specific fitness goals. If you want to lose weight, we can help you do that. You want to gain some? Slava my trainer helpes me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging! He takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how he gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.

I’ve been training with Josh for a little over 2 months now. Josh is an excellent personal trainer and his strategy is based on the cross fit training.

Now people start seeing slight change of my legs which I love. Josh pays attention to little details, and he is actually professionally educated in college about training and body.

I’ve searched for months looking for the right personal trainer. If you’re like me, you wanted someone caring, understanding and will push you to no end. I joined the thumbtack app and came across Slava’s page. Guys! This is the BEST decision I have ever made for my fitness journey. I started this journey at 204.6 lbs. I’m down 14.5 lbs. today. Slava and Anna are the best to do it. They care not just for your exercise routine, but also what you’re consuming daily. I can send a txt when I’m down and out and they have snapped me out of it. They introduced me to portion containers and different protein shakes for muscle recovery. They check on me constantly and gives the best advice. I never knew working out and preparing meals weekly will be so much fun, but when you’re finally getting results, and are consistent with the help of push and motivation from people like Slava and Anna, there’s no way you could fail. I’m doing exercises that I NEVER thought I could do. I’m so blessed to have such an amazing team in my corner cheering me on in my health journey. Anna, Slava thank you so much for being apart of this with me and changing my perspective on health and wellness for the better.💪🏽👏🏽

I’ve been training with Slava and Anna for two years. They’re both incredible people and so enjoyable to work with. It’s been a crazy couple of years with lots of the kinds of little (and big) emergencies that come with being a parent to young kids while also being the child of older parents. Slava and Anna made it so easy to pick up wherever I dropped off, kept me encouraged and working hard, and most people of all helped me stay consistent just by being such a joy to work with. Slava’s programming is solid and keeps workouts fun, and Anna is just a total joy. Highly recommend for anyone who would like a little more vigor in their life!

Anna is a great trainer. I see her twice a week for a customized workout of pilates with a zumba cardio mix. She is very knowledgable and flexible in the multiple pilates exercises she offers. She uses resistance bands, pilates pall, weights which has elevated my experience. I have been working with her for almost a year and feel much stronger and energized! Thank you Anna!

Slava is hands-down the most dedicated personal trainer ever. I have worked with him for years and he helped me lose 40 lbs in college and after I graduated. After I moved to a new city I tried other trainers and they just couldn't compare at all. If you want someone to hold you accountable and keep you honest slava is the trainer for you! I could seriously go on and on about how great he is. My mom found him when I was at a very low point in my weight journey and he turned it all around, he always does!!

When I met Slavia over a year ago I was impressed by him . I can say that he actually transformed my life. His passion for helping people and his out look on life is his best asset. He is remarkable and can custom tailor a program for what ever your goals are. He encourages you in a way that works. Hello! Are you bored of going to those big gyms where you find yourself lost and not achieving your goals? I was ! So, one day I happened to know about Slava’s Freedom Fitness and I thought of trying their small group classes and I must say that I haven’t looked back since then because they are great! You get to train with 3-4 other people with full attention from your trainer, Anna. Anna is great as she makes sure you’re regular with your work-outs (and home work-outs), she helps you with your meals and corrects you during your workout. She is very encouraging too. I love the attention that I get in Slava’s Freedom Fitness and am very happy that I found them. I look forward each week to meet Anna and other friends that I have made here in her classes 😊. I strongly recommend everyone trying these classes.

As someone who does not like working out, Slava has helped me over come many obstacles. He knows how to work through and push past my limits without pushing me to my "breaking" point. I’ve now worked out with Slava for over 4 years and it’s been a revelation. I used to run, cycle, hike etc. Then I had kids and stopped having the time or motivation. That’s what’s so awesome about Slava. He comes to my house with some simple equipment, and provides the structure, motivation, and expert guidance to kick my butt into shape. We work out rain, snow, or shine. He’s fun, straight shooting, and a great trainer. For a busy professional like myself it’s ideal. I strongly recommend you give him a try.

Great place! When ever I have back pain i come here. Anna is very knowledgeable and does great job relieving the pain. Last time i came in for a visit, i brought my MRI results and she was able to read them and describe the issues with my back in great detail. Even more so she was able to provide me with specific exercises geared towards helping me with my back pain. I definitely recommend this place to others!
