loved this gym while i went. cancelled my membership but found out months (i mean MONTHS) later i noticed i was still being charged. long story short i wasted hundreds of dollars and even though i didn't use the membership for all that time (bc i thought it was cancelled). and they said they can't do anything for me bc they couldn't find the interaction where i cancelled it. sucks because in this economy i can't afford to pay $50 a month for nothing. it's been 6 months to a year. so long i can't even remember how long it's been.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Snap Fitness in Easthampton, Ma. Plenty of equipment (for me, at least; YMMV) and the manager, Stephanie, is excellent and fully involved. Nothing but good things to report.

Been a member for almost 10 years. Love this gym. Plenty of equipment and space. 24 hour access for 2am workouts. The manager Stephanie does a great job at keeping the place clean and stocked. Also a great job at keeping the equipment functional and getting it repaired if needed. I would recommend this gym to everyone..

Awesome place. Has everything you need for working out, and the place is clean and has nice vibes. Could do with more machine options, esp. for back workouts, but otherwise its an excellent place, esp. when you consider the price for similarly facilitated places.

I am so grateful to the gym manager , Stephanie, for taking the time to help a gym newbie like me. I was pretty intimidated to use the weight equipment but Stephanie spent well over an hour with me and made sure I could use all of it properly. The gym is clean and full of friendly people. I love the 24/7 access and classes included with membership! If you are thinking of purchasing a membership I would encourage you to do so.

Snap Fitness in Easthampton, MA is one of the best gyms I've been to. Open 365/24/7, it has new equipment, a high tech exercise room, and superb management. I highly recommend Snap Easthampton if you live in the area.

Been a member pre and post the renovation and the gym has always been clean and nice but now it's even better. New weight area is great, locker rooms are tidy and stocked up always, and the aerobics room is awesome for warm ups and stretching. Highly recommend the daily Zumba classes with Jocelyn. They are so much fun and a great workout. Love this local Snap Fitness!

Very clean everyone is friendly. All machines are great. I do think the tanning should be apart of the plan to customers just have to pay extra for tanning lotion at desk. But other than that very happy with the gym and will and have recommend to others.

For 24/7 it's kept fairly clean and staffed pretty well. It has all the equipment you'd expect. It also has wifi, and showers, two things I was surprised to find out. It did just under go renovations, so this review may be a narrow look into the gym, but for around $40 a month it's not bad.

This place used to be much cleaner than it is these days. Very convenient gym, and i love the free weights and 24 hour space. Very personable staff and if you live nearby and are willing to pay more than planet fitness prices I would recommend it!

I've been to a lot of gyms in my day and Snap Fitness of Easthampton has some of the highest quality customer service and cleanliness around. Not only is is 24/7 but they also have a ton of new equipment and free classes; the head PT is amazing! What a deal and how fitting for a great town like Easthampton to finally have it's own gym! Love this place!
