If you haven't been to Striking Beauties sign up now! No matter your age or fitness level, this place is just straight up rad. I was reluctantly dragged there by an eager teen and within one class I was professing my love for the gym directly to the owner. This boxing gym is a GEM.

I love SB because it has a welcoming atmosphere and is fun each and every time! Whether its boxing, weight training or “12 rounds” they’re all very effective/fun classes! I have always struggled with pushing myself to the best of my ability and the trainers do that! :)

If you are looking for a kickboxing gym to feel empowered, confident, and stronger, Striking Beauties is the best kickboxing gym. My friend and I originally tried a chain kickboxing gym and we were asked to pay for the trial, wraps and gloves. We felt uncomfortable and only one person was at the gym. We did not sign up at the chain gym and are so glad Chrissy recommended Striking Beauties. We had a free class with Michelle and could borrow wraps and gloves for the first day. We felt very welcomed, we had an amazing class tailored to our level. Very affordable gym and Michelle is very knowledgeable! She teaches and provides one on one technical feedback which helps so much. She truly cares about everyone excelling. I love Striking Beauties gym and look forward to every class! Highly recommend Striking Beauties!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere here. Everyone is supportive.The classes are fun. The instructors are amazing, know their stuff, and care! Whether I was there last Tuesday, or haven't been in months, I'm always greeted by name when walking in. You won't find a better gym anywhere else.

Absolutely LOVE this gym! The owner is a very wonderful woman, professional, and a great teacher. The gym has a large variety of equipment, very clean, and the design is very suiting. My favorite part about this gym is how much it has made me gain self-confidence. They are all about empowering women and being a “safe zone” for women to work out without feeling insecure. There are also many classes offered. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Awesome place. The owner does such great thing with her rock steady classes for the elderly. Dena is just an amazing teacher and trainer. Highly recommend looking in to her rock steady classes for your elderly love ones with Parkinson's. It's an amazing class. Can't say enough good about striking beauties gym and Dena.

I love Striking Beauties! I have been a member since March and I can't believe how strong and powerful I am now. It is a very comfortable and inviting gym. The women are all very supportive and we have become like a little family. On Wednesdays the owner allows women who own their own to showcase their services and products. I was there this morning for private training and I will be back tonight for a boxing class.
