I attend a few days a week on a weekly basis. Every day/week/experience is different. Nothing routine about it. I wake up the next morning feeling muscles I never knew I had and I'm an active athletic person.
Rebecca is throughly knowledgeable w anatomy and the Reformer practice. She is gentle and subtle with the ques to keep you properly aligned.
The slightest adjustment can make a world of difference.
Take a class or one on one if you possibly can.

Studio PWR was my intro to pilates and Rebecca has set the bar so high. Her classes are always fun and challenging. She's super attentive, makes sure everyone is following, and helps adjust for each person. I've taken classes off cape and nothing compares to her innovative style and thoughtful teaching. I’ve been practicing Stott Pilates for over 20 years with several different teachers. I moved to the Cape two years ago and feel incredibly lucky that Rebecca is here. Her classes are well-thought out and very creative. Each week’s session is a little bit different, focusing on different areas of the body. At some time or anther nearly everyone needs modifications of the exercises tailored to their needs; Rebecca is always on top of this and makes you feel comfortable about your differences. All in all, Rebecca is not only a talented teacher who regularly updates her pilates training - she’s also a kind human being.

I highly recommend Rebecca's Pilates class. She knows how to keep her group engaged with new routines each week, unlike some instructors who stick with the same routine for a long period of time.
Though in a group session of four, she caters to your individual needs with direct coaching instructions.

Rebecca is super amazing, fun and an awesome instructor. She treats each of her client respectfully and never let you feel out of place or dumb ( especially me who most time is doing classes after working an overnight shift and my brain doesn’t always function 😉). Classes are small, nice and cozy for those of us that don’t like to be exercising in a crowded room. I have been going for the past 2yrs+ and each time I go I feel like I have been going for the first time, always a new set of workouts. Pilates Reformer is my happy hour! I have done Reformer many years with Rebecca, and she has taught me that Reformer is an exercise you can do the rest of your life. With many years of experience, she is wonderful and patient, informative and constantly working to improve my specific needs and endurance. With the availability of small individual classes, this allows Rebecca to offer more one on one help to make sure that everyone performs each exercise for maximum effect.

I'm so glad I found Rebecca and Be Fit Studio at MCAC! She is a great instructor, changing up the routine every week so it never gets boring. She makes it fun and gives terrific feedback. She makes sure your form is correct and you are getting the most out of the workout. And, booking online makes it easy to sign up for classes.
