I came to the 730 hot yoga class this morning and had a wonderful experience. Paula was my instructor and she was lovely, Welcoming and friendly. She had her own unique flow to the class that I really liked. I find often times a lot of the classes are similar with the same poses and flow. however, i was pleasantly surprised to learn some new poses and push myself out of my comfort zone. The studio itself was aesthetically pleasing And very clean. I will definitely be returning again thank you!

Run don't walk to try out some hot yoga at Hot Asana Newburyport and be sure to book a class with Ariel or Lisha, if you haven't added it to your workouts, get on it. You will not regret it.. Nice, clean and inviting team members!!
