At TAG TEAM Fitness & Tag Team Wellness, (along with Heather Morgan Wellness) working along with Personal Trainers John Taglieri & Heather Morgan (NSCF-CPT), you get a personalized plan for health, fitness, weight loss and more! Specializing in functional fitness and health, as well as therapeutic massage, sports recovery, Thai Bodywork & run coaching, we can get you to your short and long term goals for fitness and weight loss!

Small Group and Yoga classes also available throughout the week. Yoga is led by Certified Yoga Instructor, Heather Morgan. From beginner to advanced, she leads a class that can challenge all.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years! John and Heather are amazing! John pushing you to the max! I’ve gone from hating the gym to loving and looking forward to my workouts! I’m beyond glad i have two people who love looking at my progress and even keeps me going! I’m glad i had them after I had a stroke back in 2023, they worked with me when I couldn’t really lift or anything! Now I’m back to working out and working towards another photoshoot and another spartan! I would 100% recommend John and Heather!!!

John and Heather are just awesome - no other way to say it. They are professionals, but fun, building relationships with their clientele and challenging them. They take the time to teach proper form, provide feedback and discuss long-term goals. I have been working out with them regularly for the past two months, have learned an incredible amount and am starting to see results. No two work outs are the same, which keeps in interesting. I went into this knowing very little and have never been intimidated or self-conscious working out there or with them. John and Heather's vibes and feedback are incredibly positive and the community that works out there follows their example They make it enjoyable and I look forward to going!

In addition to participating in personal training sessions and group classes, I have attended several of Heather's men's yoga classes and received multiple Thai massage treatments. Both have been great experiences!

John and Heather are such a wonderful duo and I really enjoy starting my day at Tag team fitness! It is a positive, no pressure environment that offers well-rounded work outs which change daily. No overthinking the proccess, you just need to follow along. Not only that, but as a person who went to the gym and did the same work outs everytime, I didn't realize how unbalanced I had become over time with my own limited routine. Thanks Tag team for resorting my stability!!

Safety is a priority here so not to worry if you are unfamiliar with any of the work out moves, you'll have a personal trainer making sure you operate with proper form at all times... so thankful for that too!

After all of that pure AWESOMENESS, I find myself returning throughout the week to prioritize self care. In the wellness area be sure to pop into a yoga class, book the greatest massage around, and check out all the other stuff they offer too.

This place is AWESOME! The workouts are challenging, fun and different. Can't say I love them all, but I know I'm getting stronger. I have been working out at Tag Team Fitness since July 2024 and absolutely love my 1:1 personal training sessions with John (and sometimes Heather too!). John understands my goals and helps me works towards improving on my progress each session. Workouts are never boring as he is always looking for new things to incorporate. I also have treated myself to a few massage sessions, which have been amazing. I love the combination of different massage techniques and extra details you do not find in a typical spa. I have had sporadic sciatica pain since pregnancy and delivery of my third son (who’s almost 2!). Recently, the pain was the worst it’s ever been! I ended up booking a recovery massage with John and it was life changing! I left feeling immediately better and it was also very reasonably priced in my opinion! I've done 7 training sessions and a few massage sessions with John. The difference in just a few short weeks is incredible. John listened to my concerns during the consult and made a game plan to fit my needs. He has helped with pain relief from my shoulders, hips, knee and ankle from various old injuries both with massage and strength training. His patience and positive attitude while learning new work out techniques takes the "fear of the gym" out of it. I can’t say enough about John and his way of doing this in this ever evolving and intimidating fitness industry. I’ve worked with 2 trainers and John is my third. He’s stuck with me for life. He not only motivates and pushes me but educates along the way! He’s debunked so many things I’ve been taught that were incorrect and dangerous. There’s not many things or people I’d wake up at 6AM for on a Saturday. I’ve traded in obsessing over the scale for obsessing how strong and confident I feel. You can’t put a price tag on that. I find myself wanting to workout and try new things instead of being scared (or maybe a bit lazy that day). He always has your safety in mind which is a massive bonus. When I went to consult with John about a possible workout program my goal is to lose a few pounds so I’d be in shape for the active lifestyle I live as a high school coach and official.

After a few weeks and many discussion with John about my physical disability of cerebral palsy, John took it upon himself to help me with some of the issues I’ve had for over 43 years with my hand. John has used many different types of massage therapy on my arm to help the overall apperance and function of my arm. While it will never be perfect the work that John has done over the short period time you can definitely see an improvement in how my arm hangs.

The last few weeks we have made the focus my leg which also suffers fro CP. I’d be lying if I said these workouts were easy they are tough and he pushes me to my limits, but I couldn’t ask for anyone better.

What makes John a great trainer is he’s able to adapt to what each individual needs. I am sure I am not an easy client for him because I need many adaptations. However, I’ve seen many positive results since I started in January.

I cannot thank John enough for what he’s done for me physically but also mentally if you’re looking for a trainer who will listen John is that guy.

I spent more than a year looking for a personal trainer that spoke to a well-rounded holistic approach that includes building strength, endurance and mobility/flexibility. I really never imagined I would find a trainer who was also a massage therapist - what an amazing and unusual combination. John really does quite have what some call the magic touch! My boyfriend, my mom & I have all been seeing John @ Tag Team for almost a year now! From personal training, recovery sessions, to nutritional help, he does it all! He’s very flexible, very real, and is very open about his process of each session. We appreciate his work ethic & his effort to continue to learn what best suits his clients!

My boyfriend had a problem with his sciatic nerve & John fixed it in 1 session. I also had a problem within my wrist that was fixed in 2 sessions. He is also great if you need a relaxing recovery session. An hour of no stress & decompressing from the outside world.
SO WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!

I would recommend his services to anyone who can get their hands on a session with him! Even if you are a busy bee & can’t always break away from work or kids, GO to that first session you booked that you might be second guessing. John found a way to relieve chronic pain I've had in both my feet and right ankle due to severe injuries from years ago. Prior to these injuries, I was very active but due to the permanent damage I sustained and instability and pain in critical weight bearing joints, I have limited time on my feet throughout the day and I have been far less active, which has only caused weight gain and exacerbated the problem. Through guided therapy and specially tailored routines, John not only got me back on my feet, so to speak, but I am now able to withstand 4-5 days at the gym every week, regaining a signifiant percentage of my prior capabilities. His regime of building the small muscles around the injuries to reinforce and support the weak joints has given me back freedom of mobility and freedom from the constant pain that has plagued me for years. I have lost 17 lbs since getting back to my old active lifestyle and for the first time since I can remember, I'm starting to feel like myself again. The reality of that speaks for itself.

I’m about a month into John’s program and the results I’ve see in increased stamina and strength have been excellent. I meet with John once every week on Saturday and he sends me workouts to do through the week. I began my fitness journey with John Taglieri, owner of Tag Team Fitness, in March of 2020 and am highly impressed with the cleanliness of the gym as well as the variety and quality of equipment utilized in his facility. John always conducts his sessions in a professional manner by educating his clients about proper technique and groups of muscles being worked with each exercise and always puts his clients safety first. John gets to know his clients personally by doing a thorough intake assessment prior to beginning training and from the info obtained, he designs an individualized plan to help each client reach his/her fitness goals. His workouts are designed to be progressive which helps his clients to build strength over time in an effort to combat injury. In the short amount of time I have been working with John I have made incredible gains in adding muscle, decreasing body fat and gaining strength. Because of the effective workout plan John has designed for me I have shaved more than 2 minutes off my running pace!
