I’ve been coming here for about a year after my former gym closed during covid. The gym is beautiful, super clean, and Chris and staff are amazing. I get intimidated by big gyms so the small group training is perfect for me. I feel stronger and have more energy. Highly recommend!

I love this gym and trainers! I have been a member for about 3 years. The gym is well-equipped, clean, and has a positive atmosphere that motivates you to stay consistent with your fitness goals. My favorite part is the accountability. Highly recommend for anyone from beginner to experienced!

I’ve been working out at the Bolton Gym for the past 7 months- prior to this experience I had never lifted weights or attended any exercise class on a regular basis. Truly a personalized exercise program/workout in a very encouraging small group setting. Chris and his team members are so professional, but also personable and make it fun. I just started exercising with The Bolton Club about a month and a half ago in their small group classes and I love it. I wanted to work on my strength but have never been a "gym" person or kept up with a consistent exercise routine. Luckily, the trainers, including the owner, Chris, are so kind and personable and walk you through a program each time you go. I don't feel silly or intimidated that I am not as familiar with weight training or some of the exercises. If you are on the fence about trying something new, I would definitely recommend it. And FYI that they moved from the old location to a new space across from Slater's, which is really nice.
