I am so impressed with this exercise program and didnβt expect to see results so quickly, itβs been a month since I joined and am so pleased with the difference Iβve seen. I had so much discomfort in my knees, shoulders and neck due to osteoarthritis and am amazed at how much stronger and better my body feels in just two 20 min workouts a week! The staff, Alice, Carla and Ellen, are each so patient and helpful in teaching me the machines and making sure Iβm doing them correctly.

Iβve been going to the exercise coach in Pembroke for a month now and it has been a great experience. Carla and her team keep you motivated and ensure you are executing the exercises correctly. This is the perfect place if you have a tough time making it to the gym, donβt have a lot of time to spend at the gym. I am feeling stronger and have more energy!

Carla and her staff are very encouraging. I appreciate the one on one attention. I am working to get in better shape before my hip replacement surgery this summer. After 4 weeks I already feel my muscles coming back and have lots more energy than when I was just walking 4X per week. Highly recommend!
