I can’t say enough great things about The Iron Way! Dan is an incredible trainer who truly cares about his clients. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, he meets you where you are and focuses on safety, proper form, and your personal goals. His body-positive approach makes every class feel welcoming—no pressure, just encouragement to do your best.
The group training classes are fun, challenging, and always leave me feeling accomplished. The gym itself is clean and well-maintained and has all the equipment you need. The environment is friendly and supportive, making it a true safe space for all fitness levels.
If you're looking for a gym where you’ll feel motivated, comfortable, and guided by an expert who genuinely wants you to succeed, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Look no further than The Iron Way : Fitness and Performance. This gym provides an experience for those of all ages and skill levels between open gym, personal training, and (my favorite) organized workout group sessions. Dan Berlin and his team of trainers consistently deliver custom workouts that are both fun and challenging. The community within the gym is great and filled with positive, friendly members who are all dedicated to the success of others and themselves. Highly recommend!

I have been a member at the Iron Way for about 2 years now and it has been everything I have been looking for and then some! I have never felt more at home at a gym than I did from the second I walked in. Each day there are new workouts put together by the staff that are interchangeable based on the members needs. The staff is knowledgeable when it comes to fitness in general, safe weight lifting, along with safe and healthy eating/weight loss. I have gained strength I didn’t even know I had in these last two years and am excited to continue on my fitness journey with the never ending support of my gym family. I have made lifelong friends through the Iron Way and coming to this gym is my favorite part of every day. I cannot say enough great things about this gym and the staff. Thank you Dan!!

Best gym on the south shore! I have been a member at the Iron Way for about seven years and have never looked back. Dan has a way of making every person who walks through his doors feel welcome with open arms. Everyday there is a different workout for you and he is ready to help you build strength for you to feel the best you can. His staff are knowledgeable when it comes to healthy decision making, weight lifting, weight loss, and so much more! All of the members are so uplifting and make you work hard to reach new goals. The workouts can be modified to every members capability and that’s what makes The Iron Way so amazing! Thank you Dan and staff for always making me work hard and strive to be the best I can!

I have been a member at IronWay for almost 3 years. Dan is by far the best trainer I have ever encountered and I have tried many gyms in the area. He cares about all of his members and wants them succeed, not only in their workouts, but in their life as well.
All of the trainers he employees are upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. The community that Dan has built at this studio is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

My mom and I have both been members of iron way for years now. My mom has been a member for five and I have been a member for three. Dan is one of the most caring, considerate, passionate and hardworking people we have ever meet. Joining Iron Way is one of the best things we have ever done for ourselves and have brought along many other people in our lives with us to experience IronWay and all Dan has to offer. He includes everyone that is a member and makes everyone feel involved and a part of the Iron Way Family. Dan is always considerate and aware of what ever member is comfortable with and makes decisions that benefit each member to make them feel as safe as possible. We have an endless amount of good things to say about Dan and The Iron Way, we love you Dan!!!

I have been a member of the Iron Way now for about four years and I would recommend it to anyone; any age and any fitness level. The workouts are challenging and Dan pushes you to be the best you can. After all that is why you are there. The small class sizes make it so that everyone gets the attention they need and the support from your peers is second to none. The Iron Way is truly a family and I am proud to be a member

A gym for everyone.
I've been going here for about a year now. This is the best gym I have ever been to hands down. Dan and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and really care about everyone's progress. They are always mixing things up, creating fitness challenges, and keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging. The workouts are challenging, fulfilling, and great for functional fitness of any type. The best part is that the workouts and programs are easily customized to meet anyone's needs no matter what your fitness goals are or your level of experience exercising. Not to sound cliche but this is literally a gym for anyone.

Iron Way is a gym like no other! You’re working out side by side with people who are pushing and motivating each other. And it’s all led by a trainer who sets up the whole workout and is there for any questions or encouragement that may be needed. I’ve been a member for 3 years now and I don’t see myself going anywhere else!

Dan's personal training is outstanding. The sessions are never routine and the hour flies by. Dan has perfected a system of HIT ( High Intensity Training) that if you are willing to put in the effort, you will feel stronger and look better within a short amount of time. Not to mention a friendly supportive environment and personal touch, I instantly felt like part of the Iron Way family. And not to mention all the great people I've met through Iron Way. I've never felt judged or left out. I highly recommend to all.
