The Studio for Fitness is an amazing gym! I have been going to the Studio for 5 years now and have seen amazing results with my over all health and physique. I have not achieved these results in larger gym settings, it can feel overwhelming. Joe and Ed are very knowledgeable and are right there to help you with the proper form or to help with modifications. The atmosphere is clean, fun and energetic. Every class is different and you never get bored.
This gym is nothing short of amazing, I highly recommend the Studio for Fitness if you want to see positive results. This can be achieved with their personal training or a group class.

Where do I begin.. all great things to say about The Studio for Fitness and the trainers Joe & Ed. They both are very knowledgeable to make sure you have the proper form and doing exercises correctly. If you have an injury, they will help you with modifications so you can still get in a great work out without hurting yourself. It's a fun environment to work out in. The trainers change up the exercises all the time so there is always something new to try in each class. Joe and Ed are great motivators to push and challenge you. Just gotta do the hard part of showing up and then the hour flies by and you feel great at the end!

I love the studio for fitness. I’ve always enjoyed exercising but honestly feel lost in a traditional gym. The group training at the studio takes the guess work out of my workouts. The trainers are always there to help its members get the most out of their workout. I highly recommend the studio for fitness. They offer group exercise, personal training and even youth classes for the kids…. They have it all!!

Small Group Training - I absolutely love The Studio! I wake up with this place most mornings, and it truly is the best hour of my day. The energy and vibe are so welcoming, making it easy to stay consistent—something I haven’t been able to do with any other gym in a long time. The instructors are motivating, the community is supportive, and the playlist is always FIRE! If you're looking for a place that makes fitness fun and keeps you coming back, this is it.
