I cannot begin to describe how great Greg is! My wife and I have been working with Greg and it has been absolutely incredible. We found him through his amazing reviews and somehow he was even better than described.
We talk about him to our closest people as the highest recommendation. He is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and methodical. He plans every session far before it with such precision to tailor exactly how we each need it. We do both couple sessions and 1x1s which are amazing. They are a highlight of our week. He tailors sessions exactly to what you are looking for down to any detail you have. Throughout it he pushes you but exactly to right level. You feel amazing after every session because you pushed yourself but he was also so reassuring and positive throughout to get best out of you. He has deep certifications and does every exercise exactly as it should be. It is clear his passion, expertise and focus. He goes to your level to push you to grow but only to level you can handle. It is the best push to get your best but also doesn’t go past it. He is very sensitive to injuries one has had in past and makes sure everything is done very safely. If you are looking for large change, he is the person. If you are looking to feel healthier and look better but not huge changes, he is the person. He can also talk through nutrition, motivation, and and more. And for us we leave every session feeling so much better physically, mentally and more. Changes our week. He deserves all the 5 stars he gets and again much more. If you are looking for right person, cannot recommend Greg enough and you will be very, very happy within sessions with decision to work with him!

Greg has changed my life! I first met him in December of 2024 with the goal of entering my 40s in the best shape of my life. Well, I am almost 6 months into my 40s and I have well surpassed that goal. And not only am I in better shape physically, but he has helped me develop more confidence and overall satisfaction with myself. I am doing things that I never thought I could do because he is so patient, encouraging, motivational, and kind. I am so grateful to have met Greg!!!

I started with Greg during covid doing virtual training and it has been great. Workouts are challenging and rewarding. I have made significant progress. He listens and provides. I love that he works with you if u need modifiers. Awesome class.

Greg is awesome to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for personal training. I have been with Greg for a few years and my goal as someone who is in their 50's was to be strong and flexible and healthy and we made great progress. Then I hurt my back and was inactive for a while. I began working with Greg to regain what I lost from the injury and since Greg had a prior back injury his understanding of what I was experiencing and what I should be doing has been so helpful.

Great training personalized to individual needs. Workout is pre planned and ready to go once I arrive. Nutrition advice is very helpful as well. Occasionally I’ve had a pull or muscle pain and I’ve gotten good advice on stretching and low intensity exercises to help with recovery. Definitely a love hate relationship 😆 cause you are absolutely going to sweat. Definitely give him a try you will be a believer.

Greg is my first trainer. I did a free session with him before making a decision and It’s the best decision. He’s super friendly. I am quite introvert but Greg make the conversation easy for me. Only 2 times a week for 1/2 year I can clearly see the result. highly recommend.

I started working with Greg (virtually) about a year ago (when the pandemic started). As a runner, I was looking to add some cross-training and strengthening work... Ive become significantly stronger and a much better runner (faster, more endurance and lower heart rate during runs). Every workout is different, fun and challenging. Greg is flexible, fun, professional and an overall great trainer for people of all levels and goals.

The Ultimate Body Mason (UBM) is an excellent personal trainer. I have been working out with him for the past few months, and he has really helped me build up my strength, stability, and balance. UBM keeps me grounded in the fundamentals and focused on making measurable advances every time we train. Because of him, I have significantly improved my form when I exercise and my overall fitness regimen. I would especially recommend UBM to people who have not had a professional personal trainer appraise their exercise forms or routine before, since UBM assesses all aspects of diet and exercise and sets up a comprehensive plan to meet fitness goals.

Greg was great about putting together a well-rounded training program for me.
It was not just about exercising for 60 minutes - which totally kicked butt of course - but it was also about paying attention to my water consumption and food intake. When I stuck to his training, really stuck to it, I saw and felt the results. Not only did I lose 15 pounds, but I felt like I could shop for a bikini.
I loved working with Greg and applaud his commitment to training. He started with me where I was and nudged me further along than I could have conceived on my own.
Give it a few months and see what you think... it’s not going to happen on its own I tell you.
