Had an amazing first-time class with Coach Travis at Najavy’s private boxing event. It was very organized, encouraging and motivating. I can’t wait to come back for my next class!!!

Lost 12 lbs in 3.5 months - started in August of 2025
You get as much out of it as you put effort in
All the instructors are unique, friendly and offer a wide range of exercise
The front desk personnel is very helpful as well for first timers
The monthly pricing is comparable to Orange Theory and other bigger company gyms, but you are working out every single minute of the class.
If you like high intensity, calisthenic based and being able to really hit a boxing bag - give it a shot and sign up for the free class they offer!

I really appreciated the fact that Nick took the time to wrap my wrists and show/explain the flow of the class. I was so anxious for my first boxing class but he created a great environment and explained things very well. Will be back for sure.

Not impressed with the memberships and policies. It was a few $ cheaper at first when my fiancé started at title boxing club. Now I’m locked in paying $130 a month for a membership that she hasn’t used once in three months. I think you should be able to cancel whenever u want. Also, what happens if you get injured? Tomorrow is never promised. If you get injured 1 month into a membership now you’re most likely out of work and stuck paying at least 5 months for a membership u can’t use. Use caution when choosing memberships for this club

I was really looking forward to trying out a class here, but I left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. Although it was advertised as a “free trial,” I was charged over $25 just to rent gloves and purchase hand wraps. I’ve trained at other legitimate boxing gyms before, and they typically provide gloves for free during trial classes.
Expecting someone new to the sport to buy gear before even trying a class doesn’t make much sense. It felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine trial experience. Honestly, I enjoyed the class itself and would have considered coming back regularly but the way the pricing was handled made me feel misled. Transparency matters, especially for first-time visitors.

This was my first class with Nick and he killed it! He kept us engaged the entire class, transition time between rounds was great. There was never a minute where it felt as though he didn’t know what he should have us do next. I left class feeling like I got a good workout in and I’m looking forward to my next class with Nick.

My girlfriend and I got set up with a free 60-min boxing class here recently. We showed up about 15 minutes early and the front desk was helpful in getting us prepared with wrapping, understanding the basic 6 punches, and helping us set up our schedule. Travis was our trainer for the session - he’s excellent. He jumped in to introduce himself to both of us, took time during the group session to help each of us with some of the combos/movements he was teaching that day, and he had awesome energy throughout the session. Fun, engaging conditioning workouts - be prepared to have fun (and sweat).

What a fun class! I haven’t worked out much since I lost my job as a kickboxing instructor. It was tough when my gym closed down over a year ago! I miss the community. A bag at home just isn’t the same…Im accustomed to a standing bag, planted fighters stance, and hearing Jab cross, lead hook rear hook, lead upper cut rear upper cut, double back fist, lead front kick rear round house!
So a hanging bag, shifting around the bag, and combos in number form is new for me. Miss the kicks. I’ve done ducks but not dips and slips. It definitely helped me feel less lost that Aaron would call out the combos by the name of the punches and not just the numbers! He gave me solid feedback on my defensive moves, gave me an extra combo off the bag so a buddy drill was nice. He was smooth with his words too. I had some cheesy rhymes I loved as a coach like let’s get those peaches ready for the beaches or start slow find your flow!
Aaron was very professional helping anyone who seemed lost get the combo down, and made sure that everyone on the mat got some kind of feedback to improve on form for safety and to get more out of the work out! I liked he gave extra challenges like pushing people to hold the plank as long as they can and don’t quit. Being mindful to verbally say how much time is left was helpful to hang tight a lil longer.
I don’t know if it was in the class plan or if he threw in more freestyle with a good amount of shadowboxing but it was great to offer more dealers choice sort of speak! Members I’ve worked with enjoyed getting creative with shadowboxing and I liked joking they punching an imaginary friend since punching real people is frowned upon… the movie buff in me couldn’t resist a drop dead Fred reference!
Aaron definitely had a playful tone, precise with his instructions, and really kept the room engaged! He had a great balance of alternating the class on when to focus on power and when to focus on speed. Plenty of great reminders to keep your hands up guarding your face, don’t stop, don’t forget to breathe… I’m guilty as a coach id remind members to breathe and I would breathe correctly in my demos for class but when I take a full class I often forget to breathe with my strikes…
Aaron also had a well rounded variety in music to appeal to the room! I loved the class ended with the theme song from Dan da Dan! Working out in fasted state was harder than I thought but Aaron made it both fun and challenging! I know I’m going to feel sore tomorrow.
Sad to see the kickboxing classes gone off the schedule though… if I remember correctly Aaron was one of the coaches to teach those and I meant to try it, but didn’t get to… feedback from a member I use to coach told me that kicking the hanging bags aren’t the same… I’ve tried myself and see what she means! Maybe the gym would consider bringing kickboxing back if the gym got a couple of standing bags since they are safer for kicks and in my opinion a better starting point for someone who is completely new to boxing or kickboxing. Plus standing bags are just safer in general for teens and elderly and a good stepping stone to get the form down before attempting a hanging bag.
My only feedback for Aaron is encourage members to give fist bumps! Members were engaged with him but not so much with each other. Encouraging members to high five, fist bump, or tell members to tell their neighbor they’re a bad ass adds to the community vibe. Other than that it was impressive how he made sure everyone on the mat got personal attention with the coach leading class so no one felt left out and everyone appeared to get what they needed out of the class!
Definitely will treat myself to another drop in class soon! I would have totally asked Aaron more questions if i didn’t need to run off for my sweathouz contrast therapy I scheduled for after class, because he seemed very knowledgeable, approachable, and has a great vibe to him. Loved the high energy class flawlessly and confidently delivered by Aaron! Also great hair and nice smile too!

I had a great time at Title! I took my first class with Diego and he’s a fantastic teacher. His class is fun and upbeat. Diego demonstrated the moves multiple times so it’s clear what you are supposed to be doing. This made it easy as a first-time attendee. He also took the time to check in with me and my friends at the end of class. I look forward to attending class with Diego again!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and it’s sad to leave this review but title has lost all their competitive advantages at this point.
They used to have variety of classes e.g. kickboxing, amazing trainers who clearly had real experience and knew how to make a class challenging, fun, and energizing. It opened up the world of boxing for me and I raved about this studio among friends.
Now, no more kickboxing classes. And they have this stupid drill each week and each class is the same thing over and over and over again for the entire 45 minutes.
As you can tell this doesn’t require a trainer to have much experience, as long as you can give clear instructions. And some of them can’t even do that. I just left a class that half of us couldn’t hear the trainer due to the combination of bad mic, loud music, and trainer not enunciating words.

Like the reviews before, it’s a freaking obstacle course to cancel your membership. When I say I was fuming trying to cancel my membership, it is no understatement. The hoops and amount of venturing through the Greater Boston area was absurd from having to go in store, to having to called “their manager”, to emailing back and forth this “manager” WHO IS A DIFFERENT PERSON from the other times I try to cancel. I think I’ve lost over 200 dollars from the time trying to cancel while balancing my work and school schedule. Overall, beyond horrible management 0/10 would not recccomend unless you want to wait 2-3 with 300 dollars down the drain. I’m still mad while typing this and it’s been months
Edit: I’ve read the comments where management have replied and I can say it’s pure nonsense what they’re saying

Incredible scam of a place. Thought I was having a unique experience until I've read the other reviews. They're amazingly great at trying to get you to sign up for a membership; going as far as texting me twice a day EVERYDAY. However, similar to many, canceling it is impossible. The contract for new members is 3 months which is reasonable but when I tried to cancel after that, they tried their HARDEST to keep me in for MONTHS after. Initially I called to cancel which they then said I had to come into store. Okay. I did that which they THEN gave me an email to cancel through. Okay. I did that. WHICH THEY THEN TOLD ME I HAVE TO COME INTO STORE. Mind you, I have an incredibly busy schedule so for me to keep coming in and given different answers is CRAZY. I also brought my friend in and he also had the same issues to cancel until luckily they allowed him to cancel through email after a round of back and forths, so like what's up? Just craziness. Management is complete bonkers with only one goal in mind - keep you there. Trainers were friendly and mindful of newcomers but management man... good luck having any recs ever.
Never in any business had I been so upset that I had to have my first google review be a terrible one. I emailed them about my problem only to have no reply whatsoever. They just tried to charge me another 99 for this month. Hopefully the bank can fix this problem.

Management is hilarious, you will feel the pain when you want to end your membership. I wanted to cancel my monthly membership in Jan but was tricked (telling me the monthly fee will be much higher than what I got, 109$ now compared to 100$ I pay) into freezing the contract for three months instead, still got charged $10 a month during the freeze period WITHOUT telling me. Never sent me an email notifying me that the freeze period will end in April and ask me if I want to continue or not. Just charged me $99 a month without sending me an invoice. I've moved since March and never went here once since last November. Only found out after I switched credit card but my old card still has a balance higher than expected. It's my own fault forgetting the contract but would have canceled in Jan if I knew there was a $10 fee every month.

I was so intimidated to join a fitness club since it had been years that I’d been in sports or anything truly fitness related, but I am so glad my girlfriend encouraged me to join (she was a member at another TITLE studio) because it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. But getting them to charge you no problem, due to this after I recover I will never go back here.nsucksbwhen they treat people this way.

Overpriced for what you get. Trainers are hit or miss, more misses than hits. Music is way too loud, where you can't hear the trainer, and will leave your ears ringing. No disclosure about secondary charges/fees. No proper orientation prior or after signing up. Ex: First class post trial class, I was fined for a missed class despite attending. It was only after that I was told that I needed to check in at a tablet and that I will not be refunded. This was never disclosed to me. No disclosure that boxing gloves have to be RENTED, and are not included on the already HIGH ($109) monthly membership charge. Save your money, and go to your local gym and follow some YouTube boxing workouts. You'll have more fun and save more money than joining Title.

I discovered TITLE through ClassPass last year and it has since then become my primary workout. The coaches and staff are very motivating and approachable. They don't discriminate external vs. their memberships. They each have their own style so you never get bored. The workout itself is high intensity but there are always modifications to be made and you can go at your own pace. This is also by far the largest and well lit boxing gym I have been to with plenty of space to move around your bag. Their member demographics is also one of the most diverse that you will find in the Boston area! When you join TITLE, you join an inclusive, supportive, friendly and FIT community. If you're looking to get a workout in, reduce some stress, all while having fun, definitely give this a try!

I always get a great workout at title. I just wish they would switch up the routine a little. It’s always you’re typical warm up, a few rounds and then abs. Not once did I feel judge or unwanted at this location. I have always been asked how my day has been, or if I am okay. I try my best to come here 5-6 days a week because it has now became my therapy.

Horrible management. 0 stars if I could. Do NOT go here. They do not honor their agreements and will charge you ridiculous fees. I have paid for a membership and yet there is no documentation of my membership at all even tho I was charged. Each manager makes their own rules and they screw you over whenever there is a change in management. They refuse to look into your case further if it means they won’t be getting the money they’re after.

Good general workout classes and energy. Just wish they offered classes to improve technique and simple boxing fundamentals - something I've seen in other Boston gyms. The only option to actually learn boxing is a private lesson ($110+ per session).

I love the classes at this location. I have an All Access membership so i can go to other Title 7 locations in the country which comes in handy since i travel quite a bit but nothing compares to the energy of this location. If you are looking to challenge yourself and get your fitness to the next level take classes at this location. Take classes with Louisiana who is also a professional fighter and you'll know what i'm taking about. The energy he brings to every class, going around correcting people, adding slight humor in between with his spontaneous dance moves - you can tell he really enjoys boxing and genuinely wants you to be better. Intensity of the classes at this location is unparalleled to any other title locations i have been to. Totally worth every penny.

I enjoy the intensity of the classes. I like how it is organized into 3 parts. The warmup, boxing exercises, and fitness training.

Recently got a membership and loving it so far. The instructors really push you in a way that's encouraging and still fun. It's a lot of hard work but the classes really pay off.

I currently have a membership here, and I love the staff and trainers. The facility is also very clean and well maintained. Before committing to a membership, I also bought a few starter packs of classes to make sure that I liked it here, and after getting more used to the routine, I decided to join. I would definitely recommend coming here.

It was a shame what the receptionist had my brother & I go through today. Very unprofessional, racist & disgusting her mane is Amanda or Amelia. I hope she sees this and remember that she ain’t better than anybody and she should consider working because the way she looks lol. There should not be place for racism at a place where multiple people come to enjoy their workout SMDH

5 start give to trainers. They all awesome. -5 star give to the reception for Saturday. I don’t know why she always give an attitude to class pass users. Every time I said I registered from ClassPass she’ll give that obvious annoying face and say nothing but you allset and turns to next student. Very rude. One time my friend was literally 1 min late she refuse to let her in cuz they have a 15 mins policy. She has to be literally arrive 15 mins before class starts. It was her first time and I asked if she can join as a free trail. The reception lady ask if she gonna be a member after this class. We were like No one will guarantee anything after a first trail but she asked on purpose that she has to be a member or she’s 1 min late so she can’t get in. I love the trainers here just each time see her face (receptionist ) and obvious annoying attitude ruins the good Saturday.

This place is a great place to workout, the trainers are very knowledgeable and are great at encouraging you to work harder. One might think it’s only boxing and hitting the bags BUT it’s way more than that, your whole body gets a workout because they implement core exercises, HIIT and stretching. I’ve seen some 1 and 2 star and all I can say is that you should decide for yourself and see if it’s good for you. The first class is free so you got nothing to lose. Just remember, you get what you put in and the trainers are there to encourage you not to do it for you. For me, it’s hard to push myself the way the trainers do and I’m the process I release any stress or frustration I may have any giving day.

I would give it a 5 because Ryan’s and Greg’s classes were great and both of them were so nice! However, the woman at the front desk was so rude and unpleasant to talk to. She confronted both myself and my friend about our memberships (we’re visiting from other gyms out of state, where we have unlimited memberships) and honestly, her attitude made me not want to come back, and gave me a newfound appreciation for my gym and the other Massachusetts gyms (Woburn and North Station) where the staff have been super pleasant!
That being said I loved the classes. Sad she put a sour taste in our mouths about this gym.

I’m sure it’s got better... I moved and transferred my membership to the North Andover location in November (2018) I have always enjoyed the franchise. I love the work out. This location has a few good trainers left who bounce around to the north station/ newbury location. The other staff through out the gym deliver a lack luster performance/enthusiasm. The shower had a string to keep it from slipping to be super hot. The automatic paper towel in the bathrooms rarely worked after one dispersement. One day I went into the bathroom and it was pretty gross. I did complain and the owner apologized and offered me a free bag to which I declined. I rather the gym just fix the problem. Towards the end of membership the people who are at the front rarely picked their heads to welcome me and instead had head buried in their phones. To make matters worse- The last time I went there my ID fell out of my gym bag and a staff member called me to tell me they found it. I drove over an hour to pick it up and watched the staff member shuffle through a stack of other cards and said he couldnt find it. He then proceeded to say he must of gave it to the other person who’s ID they had. I was just left wondering if it was a internal employee who was bitter about a previous complaint I had made. Needless to say my ID was never found and all I got was an email stating mistakes happen. I’m blaming myself for losing my ID in the first place but for a company to take possession over something they found and then tell me they don’t know where it is makes me question the integrity of the club. Gyms should be accountable if you are paying anywhere from $99 to $149 a month. I hope nothing but the best for this gym but I advise to tour the gym and try out a class before joining.
