Derek and the rest of the staff at Train Full Send are awesome. The space is clean and not crowded. The workout is intense but suitable for all fitness levels!
Also - I was new to this type of treadmill and I found it to be challenging but way more comfortable!
Can't wait to be back!

I highly recommend Train Full Send as the best workout around! The dedicated trainers challenge you to achieve your personal best in every class. Over this past summer I found Train Full Send, and since then I always look forward to coming back. The workout always exceeds my expectations, the trainers and knowledgable and motivating. My favorite trainers have been Nancy, Chris, and Derek - the owner. Each trainer I have taken class with has gone out of their way to motivate me during class. The facility is extremely nice and it is always clean. I would recommend Train Full Send to anyone in the area looking for a fast paced, high intensity workout that will leave you feeling accomplished.

Train Full Send Gym is the best gym in the area. Derek, the owner and head trainer, is a mastermind. He's always coming up with new workouts that will push you to your limits and help you reach your fitness goals. He's also a great teacher and motivator. He knows how to get the best out of you, even when you're feeling tired or discouraged.
Here are some specific things I love about Train Full Send:
-The workouts are always different and challenging. You'll never get bored here.
-The trainers are knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate. -They're also great teachers and motivators.
-The community is supportive and motivating. Everyone is here to help each other succeed.
-The gym is clean and well-equipped.
-The classes are kept small, so you always get the attention you need from the trainer.

I've been working out at Train Full Send for just about a year and I highly recommend it. The workouts are always challenging and the classes fly by. I love the mix of cardio and strength training and always leave feeling like I've gotten a really great workout. The classes are small and well run. The atmosphere is fun and encouraging, and the facility itself is beautiful.

This is the best place to workout in all of Boston! The workout is rigorous, but the trainers are all upbeat and kind and supportive of participants, wherever they are in their fitness journey. Classes are kept relatively small, typically less than 20 people. It never gets dull or repetitive.

Derek has amazing energy, is always motivating, and every workout is different with a good mix of upper and lower strength, cardio, and conditioning! The gym is a beautiful and clean space with many different types of equipment. Personal training is tailored to your specific needs and goals, to take anyone's fitness to the next level.
