Love the 5:30am at Tread Tabata. You get it all taken care of in 45 min - cardio, strength and stretching. Tread Tabata is for everyone. I can’t run due to a hip issue so I just walk at a good pace and focus on heavy weights. Kathy, Kim and Rose always put together a great class with challenging moves and fun music. The classes are small and there is no ego. Your biggest competition is yourself. Always feel strong and accomplished at 630am when class is done and I have the rest of the day ahead of me! A+ Studio.

I have finally found my place! Kathy G (owner and instructor) brings so much to the table with her knowledge, love of fitness and commitment to each and every client that walks in the door. She stays up to date on fitness trends and is always sure to keep us on our toes with new and challenging moves. I stepped foot in this studio almost a year ago (thanks to Kim S. -Instructor) and I haven’t looked back! ❤️

Honestly, I was very hesitant to try my first Tread Tabata class, fitness has never been my “thing”. Almost two years in, I’m so glad I took the leap! The early mornings help me get it done before work, and I don’t feel like I’m missing time with my kids who are still asleep!
I love the option to walk or run depending on how I’m feeling, and I love that no one else cares what others around them are doing. The community is so welcoming and everyone is just happy to be there!
One of the biggest benefits for me is how it makes other things easier. I just went skiing this weekend with my family and my legs (and core!) are stronger than they were ten years ago!
Kathy, Kim, and Rose are so kind and welcoming. They honestly make me feel like they are just happy to have us all there!

Kathy's classes are so challenging and fun! It's a mix of different strength training exercises along with cardio so it really works your entire body! She's very knowledgeable and welcoming. I was a little bit nervous about signing up, but as soon as I entered her studio she greeted me and I felt comfortable right away. She makes sure that everyone is getting attention and that there are different modifications to choose from. I highly recommend Tread Tabata!

Tread tabata is a great studio! The instructors are knowledgeable and very welcoming! Don’t be intimated to try the classes if you aren’t a runner, modifications are always offered. There are clients of all different ages and levels, sometimes I choose to walk on the treadmill! You will get an amazing head to toe workout in 45 minutes! Every class is different and the energy is always upbeat and positive! Tread tabata is a must try!

Tread Tabata is such a great workout. I went to the Beverly location and I was a little nervous, as I did not know what to expect. The instructor was excellent. She gave modifications for all exercises and I felt so welcomed. The class flew by and I got a complete full-body workout with cardio and strength, all in 45-minutes. I can’t wait to go back!

Kathy is an amazing trainer, both in class and with private sessions. A group of us were nervous about going back to the studio, but missed our workouts with her; so she comes to our house and trains us privately twice a week. It's the best hour of my day! We get our morning started with amazing music, personalized training, and great talk. Kathy knows when to push us harder and when to modify. She's an amazing person and truly believes in her training methodology. I am not an athletic person but you can do anything for 20 seconds!

At some point I realized it was time to get in shape and lose significant weight. I did personal training with Kathy at Tread Tabata numerous times a week at 5am.
I hadn’t worked out in years. I was overweight and out of shape.
Kathy and her Tread Tabata classes made me fall in love with exercise again and myself.
I lost 100 lbs and got in the best shape of my life. I fell in love with the classs, the workout and made a great friend and supporter in Kathy as well.
I eventually stopped training and took the classes often every day (even doubles!).
It’s a fantastic full body workout that I can do in a short amount of time. As a very busy working mom, the great workout, in a short time with a super supportive environment around me is exactly what I need!

Tread Tabata has been a favorite of mine for years! Kathy Glabicky has always been a positive role model for me while we were growing up and watching her business grow and transform people’s bodies and lives has been incredible to witness! Her concepts and her workouts are addictive and results happen so fast! You want to stick with it because it’s so fun and she makes each class unique! Due to knee issues I cannot tread but Kathy always make me feel comfortable and helps me modify anything! She has bikes and ellipticals and ALWAYS gives options so that no matter what I am getting the best and same workout while feeling and seeing the same results! I wholeheartedly recommend Tread Tabata! You will ❤️ everything about it! You can do anything for 20 seconds! GO FOR IT!!!

I have been going to Tread Tabata Beverly for a few years now. It is an unparalleled workout and a lot of fun! You get cardio and full-body strength all in one workout. It goes by fast and you feel like you did something great for yourself when you are done! Kathy is very knowledgeable and is a great motivator. She also is great about explaining how to modify the exercises, both on the tread and on the floor, and so it really can be accessible to everyone, no matter your current fitness level. I have tried lots of group exercise classes in the past and this is the only one I still go to consistently! Highly recommend giving it a try!
