Vitality was the push I so desperately needed, the community and strength I craved, but couldn’t find. Abby and Keith have the knowledge, strength, dedication, and compassion that make training at their gym the most positive experience imaginable. I used to hate mornings, and hate the thought of working out even more. 3 months into my journey, I now hate the mornings I DON’T have my training sessions. The confidence, improved body image and muscle I have gained are something I never thought were possible. I can not wait to see where the next few months (and years!) take me, thanks to Vitality. 12/10 recommend-literally to anybody who will listen

I really enjoyed working with Abbey when she was in NH! She is very knowledgeable, pushed me to be better, and always made me laugh. If you are recovering from an injury, definitely check out her new space!

As a fellow gym owner, I have a deep appreciation for the kind of intention, care, and hard work it takes to build a meaningful fitness space — and Abbey and Keith have done exactly that. It’s clear they genuinely care about their members, not just as clients, but as people.
I’m proud to support what they’re doing and have no doubt Vitality Fitness & Recovery will continue to grow and make a positive impact for years to come.

Prior to Abbey relocating to Massachusetts, I had trained with her for 3 years. I’m an active runner, hiker and Dad who plays all the sports with my kids. As I approach 40 years old, my fitness and strength levels have allowed me to maintain my active lifestyle to the fullest extent. I attribute much of my physical capacity to the challenging yet functional workouts that Abbey laid out for me. She always knows how to challenge me to get the most out of myself. I have appreciated all the personal strength training we have done and the resulting active lifestyle I have been able to maintain with my family. Thank you Abbey!

This team of Abbey and Keith are on their game. I’m 3 weeks in with Keith and the results are happening way faster than expected. They are beyond educated and know how and when to push you. If you are looking for personal, and semi private 1on 1 atmosphere and want to get results, give these guys a chance.

3 years ago, I was in a very bad motorcycle accident where I had broken my collarbone, broken my fibula, a fractured my skull. I thought that I would never be able to powerlift again. I met Abbey while trying to recover from my injuries and I shared with her and her colleagues that I use to enjoy powerlifting and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to do it again. Through Abbey and her colleagues help, not only was I able to return to powerlifting, but I was able to compete in my first meet with encouragement from Abbey.
I am forever grateful to Abbey and her colleagues for the support that I received in my recovery from my accident.

Abbey was my personal trainer at the Center for Athletes. I am a retired IT professional. After spending 40 years at my desk job, my body was in serious need of conditioning with a touch of TLC. Abbey put together appropriate workouts for me that were challenging yet adaptable to how I was feeling on any given day. She always checked in to see how I was doing and gave me excellent advice on how to deal with my current challenges.

I have been working with Abbey for three years. I began working with her after a back injury, causing leg weakness. She had me back to normal in a few short months. She is such an amazing trainer, I am stil working with her two years later. She is an award-winning competitive weightlifter. as well as an experienced trainer and nutritional expert. She has an uncanny ability identify your strengths and weaknesses. She is able to tailor your workouts to maximize your results. I would recommend her to anyone no matter what their level of fitness may be.

Abbey was one of my trainers at her previous job. She does a great job of understanding your goals and current abilities and how to get you to your goals. And I'd say I even had some fun along the way!

I have been training with Abbey for 2 years and I can’t give her high enough praise. It is as if she always knows exactly what I need to fulfill my fitness goals. Challenging me to reach my potential yet always mindful of form and safety. As a woman approaching 60 building muscle safely has been my goal and Abbey delivered.

I just want to give a shout out to Abbey for the work she did for me. She is an integral part of the team that helped me with three issues. First, injury recovery. I badly injured my back around 15 years ago. After physical therapy, it was recommended that I continue with Abbey’s team to continue injury recovery work. I achieved a complete recovery. Second, general fitness. After the injury recovery, I realized that I wanted to continue on with athletic training to prevent future re-injury and to develop and maintain a healthy level of fitness. Both goals have been met. Third, I have a cardiac condition that restricts what I can do in terms of strength training. I wanted to do more than just walk, I wanted to develop full body strength. Abbey helped me to do that without risking my cardiac health. It has worked so well that 15 years later I am still working with Abbey and her team. I heartily recommend Abbey for whatever athletic training goal you wish to achieve. She is a true and fully qualified Athletic Training professional.

I met Keith back in 2016, and he truly saved me when I was at my lowest. At the time, I weighed 305 pounds and was slowly destroying my health with food. Keith taught me invaluable lessons about goal setting, safe lifting, and healthy eating. More importantly, he believed in me—especially during the times I couldn’t believe in myself.
He consistently encouraged me to push forward, even when I felt like giving up. Every session began with his warm smile, and over time, he helped me fall in love with lifting. That passion led me to something even greater: learning to love myself.
What Keith gave me wasn’t just a workout plan or a diet—it was a complete lifestyle change.
Fast forward nearly a decade, and I’m still reaping the benefits of his guidance. I’ve maintained a 125-pound weight loss, which is 40% of my heaviest weight. I continue to eat well, take care of my body, and live with intention.
I genuinely don’t know where I’d be today if I hadn’t met Keith.

Abbey and Keith have been working with me since January of this year and it has been a awesome experience. Starting with my mobility assessment they were able to determine what my strong points were and my weaknesses and what to work on. They have been coming up with my programming since then and it has been challenging and rewarding. They check in on me to make sure everything is going good, and if I have any questions they get right back to me no matter what via text or a video to break something down and let me know what I should be doing. Overall great experience and I highly recommend Vitality Fitness and Recovery.

I worked out with Abbey for 4 years. She is truly amazing! Not only is she knowledgeable, she is kind and she has your whole person in mind. No matter what kind of mood I was in I always knew I would be able to work out all my frustrations. She kept all my workouts different so I never got bored and I have never enjoyed getting my butt kicked more! I truly miss her!

Abbey and Keith are great trainers and are more than just trainers. They want to help you succeed at your goals. My goals were not based on the scale. They will set you up with a workout plan and a meal plan, but will also give you other tools to reach your goals.

A brand new gym on the South Shore, Vitality Fitness and Recovery is amazing! Abbey and Keith are knowledgeable, friendly, and have great experience with training, nutrition, and recovery.
The gym is nice and clean and the separate recovery room adds a nice touch. They even have an infrared sauna!
