Fit Body Forever is a wonderful program that helps build back strength that is lost through aging. It helps put life back in your years and provides a sense of community that help the body and soul.

The coaches of Westborough will work hard for their clients to achieve their goals and put the life back into their years. This program has been proven to increase muscle mass, reduce body fat and increase energy. Don't hesitate to join!

We launched the Fit Body Forever Program at our location in TX almost 3 years ago and our members LOVE it. Here are some things that they have shared in their reviews:

(1) Program is specifically designed for adults 55+.

(2) The workouts focus on building strength (so they can do what they love), boosting stamina (so they can chase their grand kids as long as they want) and increasing stability (so they aren't afraid of falling while chasing the grand kids)!

(3) Coaches are certified in Training the Older Adult so they are able to adjust exercises accordingly to members skill level or work with various restrictions / injuries.

(4) Great community where they have made friends!
