We’ve tried other swim programs, but none compare to the quality and care at Westfield Childcare Center. The instructors are skilled, patient, and truly focus on each child’s comfort and progress. Even in group classes, they give personalized feedback and attention. Communication—especially with Director Kelly—has been smooth and responsive. I wish that WCC had a swim team so that my daughter can continue to swim long term. She is too young to be a lifeguard, but she is a very strong swimmer! She has been swimming for the last 5 years and loves it ! No better place to be other than Westfield Child Center (WCC)

Swim lessons at Westfield have been an overall excellent experience! All of the teachers are fantastic, as they are patient, understanding and they keep the kids feeling very comfortable in the water! Ms. Megan works with my kids and she is the absolute BEST! Both of my kids continue make progress and are way more comfortable in the water! Also, the Aquatics Program is run very well! I enrolled my 7 yr old granddaughter in swimming for the first time in May 2021, each session my granddaughter has improved her swimming style and technique. Each instructor was equally as professional and knowledgeable. The person who coordinates the session is also very helpful and professional. My husband and I recently bought a home in Brockton and we will be continuing to bring our son here for lessons! I was nervous bringing my 6 month old in for mommy and me swimming, and being a new busy working mother, it completely slipped my mind to bring swim diapers and the girls gave us one to save me the time from stopping at the store after work. These girls are 18 years old and are so mature and knowledgeable; they were personable, fantastic with the children, and they had a curriculum prepared for the 45 minute swim class. They made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I am so pleased with this location and the young ladies who run it so effectively. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you to Megan and the crew!

I gave it a 4 star because I would recommend a shower/changing area because my daughter would have to leave the swimming area to the bathroom to change and I've seen a parent changing their children in the swimming area. I don't like leaving my child smelling like chlorine. It would be convenient for parents especially when some kids have another activities to go too.

Great experience, my oldest son loved coming here. He looked forward to it always. The staff is great as they really care about your kid. It's a nice place for a birthday party. My kids had a few there. They liked it. It's a little tight spaced but it's okay. The pool is a walk in, so the small kids could still touch the ground and walk around in the water. The older kids could swim out deeper. The party room was set up before we got there, so that helped a lot. I wouldn't mind having our next birthday party there but it seems the party packages have each jumped about $100 higher. For the mini party, it simply is just no longer worth it because the 45 minutes of swimming time goes super, super quick. A lot of the guests get dissapointed with that. Some of them come from other cities and towns. It's worth it to ask guests to already have their bathing suits on before they come because changing wastes about 5-10 minutes of that time.There are packages with a half hour or an hour more but they are even more expensive now.

Every year it's always struggle coming up with new ideas for a winter bday party. I had my son's bday party at Westfield for his 6th and 7th bday... and what a Blast both years! The staff was professional and courteous. The pool, party space, and time limit was perfect. No complaints and would definitely have another party there and would reccomend Westfield as a Amazing and affordable place for a party.

They have convenient on line sign up and billing.

The instructors are friendly and knowlegable. My daughter looks forward to her lessons. Even though they work her hard, she has fun!

I work a variable schedule. Kelly is accommodating and flexible to make sure my daughter gets her lessons in.

This is a great place! I bring my boys here and I see how much they’ve learned and how comfortable they feel in the water. Everyone is great! My youngest went here for full time daycare and my oldest for the after school program. We loved it here! The ladies in the toddler room really made me feel comfortable leaving my baby with them. They loved him and all the other children like they were their own. My oldest always spoke highly of his after school counselor. The BEST daycare you can send your child to in Brockton, and it's coming from a mother that has tried five! The staff is awesome and they actually care. The care starts as soon as you hit the door. You are welcomed with a smile and the actually say hello lol. They administration staff knows all the children by there first name and have their own little personal relationship with them. I consider myself to be an over the top parent and I can be very demanding at times. Not one time have they ever gave me an attitude, it was always "I understand and what can we can I do to help or solve the problem" I absolutely love this place and it's definitely the administration staff and my sons kindergarten teacher (Ms. Cynthia with the glasses :-) that keeps me happy. The are on top of everything from the medication, to the medical records, to the behavior of, the children and most importantly the SAFETY. Each room is kept under surveillance and the monitors are kept in the front lobby for your convenience of viewing, in which I often take advantage of. This school is also a peanut free school which is great because my son has a peanut allergy. I have a great relationship with the staff and I am definitely a parent that likes to be fully involved. My son's teacher takes the time each morning and to have a brief conversation with to inform me on anything that she feels I may need to know. I absolutely love her, my son's father and I have a GREAT relationship with her and I love the hard work and dedication she gives everyday. This is my son's last year here and I am most definitely having bitter sweet moments but I am glad that I most the choice of sending my son here. He will be attending before and after care here so we'll see them again. You can not go wrong with Westfield. Hands down the school ever. My son has learned so MUCH
