1st the entire gym completely is outdated. There’s equipment with pieces that have been taped back together: It’s obvious that the gym is poorly kept. The women’s locker room is horrendous. The layout is carpeted from seat to floor… There’s a sauna but it’s filthy. There a wooden panel on the floor that’s black with dirt and debris. On the floor, under panel you can see dirt and piles of hair that have been left and it’s obvious that there isn’t any priority to cleaning. The floors surrounding the walls have orange stains and the walls of the sauna are cracked and have sweat stains. The steam room has a funky odor… it was just an horrifyingly funky experience.

This is one of the worst managed and worst run health clubs in Westford. Their locker rooms were refurbished, but still have a foul odor and dirty showers. The gym has been closing almost randomly recently due to 'leaks', but who knows what's going on. They don't tell their patrons what's happening and you waste time driving their only to find out it's closed. Their pool has been closed for more than a year, which is pathetic and shows how inept and horrendously cheap management is there. Please do not go to this horrible gym. There are many other options, such as Best fitness and dozens of other gyms in Westford.

Very affordable and clean gym for Westford residents. We make use of the family swim time and the pool is always clean.

They have racquetball courts without an additional court fee. Nuff said.

A wonderful and comfortable atmosphere to workout at. The membership includes so much
...access to the gym, racquetball, wet and dry saunas, showers, and classes. There are no hidden fees and there is a babysitting service that is extra, but only $2 a visit. My little one loves it. Also, the staff is amazing!!! You will not be disappointed.

Great equipment-treadmills have all the bells and whistles. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and childcare, a super benefit.
Locker rooms are large and clean.
Good value for all that’s offered from swimming, many studio and spin classes, racquet ball, weights and a nice array of fitness equipment.
I’ve belonged to many other local clubs, but none offer all the fitness options that compare.
Yes, it is on the basement floor of the hotel, but, they have made a successful fitness club in business for years, and used the space well. No issue with headroom.

It's a good gym with nice facilities. The one thing is just that the pool is small

Excellent facility, wonderful staff, great personal trainers, and the classes are fantastic. I moved and cannot find anything close to the Westford Regency. It has a salt water swimming pool, tread mills, elliptical machines, spin classes, morning and evening classes (all types), weights, LOTS of machines, TRX, kettleballs, racketball courts and all sorts fitness information, accessories, and contests.
Besides all that was just mentioned, there is a full (and clean) locker room. There are saunas and steam rooms in each of the locker rooms, besides showers, lockers, and more.
The manager, Sue, has a wonderful manner and really cares. Since moving, I have been back a few times and I am greeted like a long-lost friend - by all the people who work there and by all the members.
IT IS FANTASTIC!

Decent no- frills gym. Class schedule could be more convenient especially if it were coordinated with child care. Child care is awesome though. Pool is nice because it's salt water and not chlorine. Bathroom closer to pool would be helpful though.

We were here to look at the Christmas tree and ginger bread house display. It was a nice calm Christmas event. There were two other families there when we stopped in on a Saturday night.

I Love the Health club.
I wish they would spend a few bucks on the Lady's locker room. The lockers could be just a few inches wider and newer. But I'm only there for a few minutes so still 5 stars.
Otherwise, everyone is very friendly and I get a great workout.

I've belonged for a while... For the area, it's the best option for folks who want to swim, lift, use cardio equipment, have weight machines, and enjoy racketball. The classes are very good. The instructors are knowledgeable, and "age appropriate" for a club that portrays itself as solid, easy to get to, and with good services (there are both sauna and steam in the locker rooms). The personal trainers work with you to find the right balance of exercise to fit your needs. All in all, I'll keep coming back for annual memberships.

The actual facility is OK. I always loved the classes but they raised their rates about $250/yr to $600 and it is just not worth it. They were recently taken over by "investors" and that is when they fired a number of good instructors and raised the price. I have been going there for over 20 years but it was much better years ago. I don't use the pool or the equiptment very much so the price tag is a tough one. Also, there was no notice for loyal members to re-up for another year at the old price.
My son used to belong but he is over 6' tall and since the club is in the cellar of the hotel, he could only use equiptment where he could punch out the ceiling panels.
It is convenient for me but I am not sure if I can hold my nose and pay the price. Equipt is older and the classes are not taught by people I like anymore. Money trumps all!!

At the old rates of $400 annually it was barely worth it. Nautilus and free weight equipment is at least 30 years old. Locker rooms/showers/rest rooms need far more attention and cleaning than they receive. With new rates of $600 annually, forget it. You can pay half that, or less, at local gyms with new equipment. Plus they discontinued the senior citizens discount. Despicable.
