Wilmington fit body boot camp is amazing . Wont tell you my age lets just say im the oldest in the room. 5 classes and when i leave there i feel ready for anything . I will get in shape in no time with Talias help' Join you will be glad you did.

Trully great experience and work outs. Talia and Breanna are great. Groups do not exceed 6-10 people, which gives you an overall personal work out. They always keep an eye on everyone and adjust if you are not doing the excersize correctly or if you need to modify. Work outs are 30-45mins depending on day and time. I am loving the work outs and the vibe every single time. Really cannot be happier with working out there. It is a must try at the very least.

I’ve worked with personal trainers before and the only thing to show for results was an empty checking account and maxed out credit cards. As a result of my failed attempts, I was hesitant to try again even despite knowing I struggle to stay motivated on my own.
Fortunately, I convinced myself to try one more time and it turns out that one of the very best decisions I made in 2021 was joining Wilmington Fit Body Boot Camp classes. From my initial conversation with Talia, to my introductory class with Bre, combined with the two challenges I participated in, and all that happened in between, it has been an exhilarating journey of self-discovery and growth. At age 45 years young, with metastatic breast cancer, I feel better now, both physically and mentally than I have in years, and that is largely in part to Talia and Bre. Their support and encouragement give me the motivation to battle through the classes (that are still hard for me by the way) and to do so with excitement and confidence. I recently had to take a week off due to treatment side effects, and ordinarily that one week would have led to a long-term hiatus, but not anymore. I was eager to get back at it and that’s because of the supportive class environment and their caring personalities.
This winter, Talia organized a healthy holiday party and distributed superlative awards. It may seem silly, but I put my “most improved” superlative certificate on my refrigerator! It is there as a reminder of how far I’ve come since meeting Talia and Bre and it provides me with inspiration to keep working hard to achieve my long-term goal. To that end, I stepped on the scale Christmas morning, and I smiled. I stepped on the scale on December 26th, and I smiled again. I enjoyed myself on Christmas, but I was careful. To my surprise, I even attended three 5:30 AM classes during my school vacation which says a lot! It generally takes me longer to lose weight than most and that is discouraging, but with Talia and Bre on my side, for the first time in forever, I believe I will be at or very close to my goal weight by my next birthday.
I want to publicly thank them for pushing me and for knowing when not to push. For challenging me and for knowing when to tell me to go slow (or use lighter weights). For believing in me when I did not believe in myself. And, most importantly, for seeing my potential when I was blinded by my own shadow.
Talia and Bre, thank you for doing what you do and helping me rediscover the best version of myself. I am more grateful than either of you will ever know. Oh, and as a bonus, thanks for not requiring me to break the bank to achieve positive results. To anyone out there who is considering making a healthy lifestyle change a priority in 2022, join Wilmington Fit Body. You won't regret it! See you in class. Happy New Year!

I have been a member at Wilmington FBBC for 4 years and their staff and workout routines do not disappoint! The trainers/owner hold you accountable in your attendance, goals and nutrition. They push you to your limit and max potential all while being extremely motivating and positive. Highly recommend this gym because the staff is so knowledgeable in their craft and are committed to your success as much as you are.

I wrote a review in 12/2016 as I started one of their amazing 6 week challenges. A year and half later and I am still a member. When I started at FBBC I was a size 10 and refusing to go up to a size 12, even thought I was ready. I was very upset that I have let myself get this way and I figure I needed to break the cycle. Talia and the other trainers taught me dedication and accountability. I am now more aware of what I eat and making many more healthy choices since exercise alone will not work. I attend classes 4 days a week and the 30 mins class flies by. The classes are unique, challenging and always fun. The other members become a special part of your life and we keep each other motivated in class and through Facebook. We celebrate each other's victories and support each other through challenging times. This is what brings me back each day. I am proud to say I am down 15 pounds and just bought my first pair of size 6 pants in over 10 years. My body shape has changed and I am more lean and defined. I am confident and love the compliments that I get from friends and family. Wilmington Fit Body Boot Camp is now a part of my life. No regrets!

I have been going to Talia @ Fit Body Boot camp since she and Rocco opened the doors 2 years ago. It is the best in the industry in my opinion. You won't find a better boot camp around. Not only do they really get into it with you, they truly care about your progress. Place is impeccably clean, and there are tons of new work outs, and a wide variety of equipment that correlates into each work-out. Never is it a mundane, same old, same old routine that some of the other gyms do on a daily basis. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you want to see results.

I highly recommend taking Tallie's boot camp classes. She is an amazing and positive instructor who makes the classes fun, yet challenging. She is able to explain the exercises well as keep a close eye on everyone to make sure they are using correct form in order to prevent injuries. Tallie is able to work with both beginner and advanced members to ensure they have an incredible workout. Be sure to try a class - you won't regret it!

This is a great choice if you need something to kick start your routine. It is super challenging, you will feel sore but then you will the feel great. There is a great team to help guide you , make modifications and cheer you on! Another advantage is that workouts are quick and focused so you can easily incorporate them into your life.

I recommend Wilmington Fit Body Boot Camp, especially the 6 week challenge. I had been trying to lose weight on my own without success. The more I tried the higher the scale went. I was able to lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks and fit better into my clothes. I play tennis 3 times a week and run sometimes and went to the boot camp classes 3 times a week and followed the nutrition guidelines as best as I could, but not perfectly. For me, having to fill out the food journal and sign up for the class ahead of time helped me commit to it. For me the boot camp wasn’t as hard as I expected, each exercise interval is only about 30-40 seconds, so even if it’s hard you are not doing it for that long. Since my arms weren’t strong enough to support my body for a push up or some other exercises they’d always suggest an alternative like having your knees bent on the ground. The trainers are very helpful and supportive.

Wilmington Fit Body Bootcamp is the BEST choice I ever made for myself. I was terrified to make the phone call, never mind actually working out in front of people! From that first phone call right up until today I have been surrounded by support and encouragement. The trainers know the clients and their abilities. Although they consider if someone has limited ability due to an injury, they will push you to do your very best every minute. They offer both early morning classes and after work classes to accommodate most people’s schedules. I am a success story already I have lost 20 lbs in 4 weeks!

Classes are intense and changes every time you go. It's 30 minutes of a full body workout. You definitely do not need to be in shape to start. Their instructors are great at reviewing the exercises and keeping you motivated and in form throughout the class. It's the next best thing to a personal trainer. I would highly recommend!

Easy to stay motivated with these quick, challenging, and rewarding workouts! Wilmington FBBC trainers are excellent! They are knowledgable, incredibly caring, and will modify any workout to match fitness levels, which is so helpful. There is no pressure or intimidating at this gym; everyone works out at their own pace, in a safe and supportive environment. Class sizes are maxed out at 16, so you really get a personal feel through each workout. Each class is only 30 minutes long, with guided instruction throughout - it flies by despite how hard we all work! I am so thrilled to have joined this community... We work hard but have fun, too!
