It was an amazing Prana to Music (heated) session. The Yogaworks Cambridge has a large studio which is full. Everyone was very motivated and focused, and the teacher(Ms. Coeli Marsh) also was well prepared and helpful. I am sure that everyone enjoyed this class. I am thankful that I tried Yogaworks Cambridge on my first yoga session in Cambridge.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and only went to one class here (so we aren't regulars) but had a great time. There are many options for classes per day, even though the class we chose was crowded the space was so large it didn't matter. We enjoyed the class and instructor.

There are some great teachers here (Alecia Dayger teaches a flow class with very precise physical alignment cues, Marley Brush teaches an excellent Yin Yoga class).
I don't like that they have a policy of letting students come in late. I situate myself in the room based on my health needs and I find this to be a not-super-yogic disruption.
Also, there are big bubbles on the ceiling in the Sky(?) Room... Looks like water leak, could be mold under there. Usually one would have to remove at least the paint to remedy this, looks like nothing is done there. If you notice breathing difficulties, best to let them know and avoid.

Class size ranges from packed (not overcrowded) to half full. Enjoyed the heat level. They used to have classroom assistance; however, they are opening up another studio and currently that person. Loved the correction aspect of classβwill be missed if it doesnβt come back.

Used to be great. Sold its soul to corporate YogaWorks which has a completely different yoga style and vibe.

Very bland yoga class. Nothing exciting or different to feel from this yoga studio. Instructors are not very friendly, either. Would not recommend.

Amazing hot yoga, but this place is all about strong, powerful flows. This isn't about relaxing or getting deep into meditation -- this is about working hard and sweating hard. That being said, I love their balance on emphasizing breath and mindfulness *while* working the body so hard. This is 100% my hot yoga studio.

I have been to two classes at the Cambridge location. The facilities are decent. Lots of space and light. Unfortunately the instructors are less than stellar. If you are looking for the real deal yoga experience - this is not it. I recently took a class with Vera who struggled to remember the name of poses ( in both English and Sanskrit)! There is a lack of flow and guidance through poses with disjointed direction/instruction.

My favorite yoga studio in Boston, highly recommend the Prana to Music class for people with intermediate or more experience and don't mind a warm room.

If you have tight muscles Prana Yoga is the place for you. All levels are taught, mats and towels are provided. The instructors are extremely knowledgable and take great care to make sure you do your asanas modified to fit your needs. and hot yoga is the best. Many classes throughout the day as well as 7 days a week. If you can't afford yoga classes you can do work exchange for them. Conveniently located in Central Square.
