Brandon comes up with great daily workouts. It's never the same which makes it fun to go. He gets to know you, what your body can and cannot do (injury?) and modifies the work out as needed to give you a satisfying and challenging work out thru the HIIT program. I have been a member for about 4 (5?) years and wouldn't go anywhere else but A1.

I am over 60 and I went to A1 Fitness after no regular exercise for about 5yrs. I was encouraged to start slow the first week. I was sore but with Brandon's encouragement, I was able to push through. After a couple weeks, I was more steady with squats and I could feel myself getting stronger. Brandon makes sure you are doing the moves correctly so you get the full benefit from each movement and will avoid getting hurt. Each day is different . You are pushed for 30 minutes (in a good way) - I would not push myself like this on my own at home or at regular gym. This place is amazing!

This gym has been my saving grace when it comes to my health! I started at this gym when I wasn’t feel good about myself and knew I needed to make a change in my physical health. I joined A1 by starting a 6 week fitness challenge. It’s so much more about “6 weeks” for me in trying to establish a lifestyle change. I will say, I look forward to coming to the classes here and am confident I’ve established a new routine to keep coming! It’s a variety of workouts, I always feel challenged, and the class sizes are never so large it’s overwhelming. I highly recommend if you’re looking to add fitness to your routine!

I posted this 9 months ago and I have not changed my mind about A1 Fitness : A1 Fitness is amazing. Brandon has challenged me in ways that I thought I could never accomplish. I feel better, look better and have a better mental health due to the work outs that we do everyday. The environment is welcoming and there is no judgement. It’s only 30 minutes of my time and I can modify if I need to.. come out and join the fun!!

In the past 9 months, my husband has joined and I love that we can do this workout together. Two of my best friends have returned and work out faithfully. A1 fitness is not only a gym but a family.

I love working out at A1. This place is amazing. The work-outs are challenging and it feels good to push myself. I never liked working out until I came here. I look forward to going. I just recently have started working out at A1… and I LOVE it!!! The workouts are only 30 minutes and they have different time slots to accommodate work schedules. I’ve been working out here for a year and a half. I am much stronger than when I started. This is a great way to build core strength. People of all age groups and fitness levels. I can not say enough great things about A1! The instructors are knowledgeable, and welcoming. I would have never imagined myself as someone who "works out" I always hated unnecessary exercise. My wife pushed me to come try out a class on free friends Friday so I did. I was hooked. Over the last year I have been attending A1's classes my mind, and body have been transformed. I feel the best I have ever felt. A1 is a place that keeps me motivated, and is like a family. Not only the instructors, but all the members genuinely care about each other and achieving our goals. Amazing instructors, don't feel judged EVER! Very comfortable and uplifting/encouraging environment. They help you work on your form to if you're doing it wrong so you get the best benefit and don't hurt yourself. Also, you lose a lot of fat and gain a lot of strength, endurance, and discipline! I could go on about the positive impact A1 Fitness had on me physically and emotionally. When I first walked in for my first class, I was scared of being judged, nervous of what my abilities would be, embarrassed for where I was at physically, what I found was support, laughter, encouragement, I was happy by the dedication that the entire staff put into A1 Fitness . It actually does feel like a family each time I walk into the gym. The A1 fitness trainers are very knowledgeable and are always Full of encouragement !! I also like that they have early times and later evening times that works for me.
