This is a good place to get a workout in, take a shower, but the Internet is very slow my Paramount+ content when I was working out while watching it kept buffering very frequently, and the Internet was extremely slow, if you’re looking for convenient fast Internet, then alive is definitely not the one for me.

The desk staff at Empower are rude and short with customers when they are busy. They deal with alot of elderly clientele and speak rudely about the phone calls they take. The older woman is unfriendly even when approached in friendly attempts to engage in conversation. The therapists seem friendly and helpful but not the 2 on the front line.

Got a Slimsage Lymphatic Drainage & Facial from Julie & both treatments were beautiful. The lymphatic drainage rids your body of toxins and extra weight & you actually mentally even feel better after this treatment. Al!ve is the best! We go for mainly for the weekly fitness classes. I just love just showing up and the teacher leads the workout. It's hard for me to just come and exercise on my own. Plus I've definitely enjoyed the Pickleball addition to the schedule (Sorry Richard from other review!!). We also enjoy the paid cooking classes from time to time (our favorites so far are the homemade pizza and the sushi one!)

Also, shout out to Angela who inspired us to join her Weigh Beyond course last year and been a constant source of motivation for us to where we have lost significant weight! Thanks also to Kayla and Darius who is helping her lead the group this year!

Everyone at Al!ve is just so nice. We love coming here. Feels more like a community center than a gym or a rehab place.

They are very friendly as you enter lovely clinic area from spa experience, physical therapy, to cardiac therapy. They do have a very nice free walking area around the large glass court area. You will also see a very nice exercise area. However everything except the walkway is very over priced!

Alive is a very nice facility. I used to bring 10+ people there every other week to play basketball. Now the morning has been taken away because of pickleball so we had to go somewhere else. All and all it is a very nice facility.

I love the idea behind Al!ve's mission and have been a member in the past. Kids play area is great and I have hosted birthday partys there when my son was younger....BUT I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED! THEY DO NOT PARTNER WITH SILVER SNEAKERS. SO SENIORS AND PERSONS EITH DISABILITES CAN NOT USE THE FACILITY OTHER THAN THE WALKING PATH. SILVER SNEAKERS PAYS FOR PEOPLE WITH MEDICARE ADVANTAGE INSURANCE TO HAVE A MEMBERSHIP. MOST OTHER GYMS GLADLY TAKE IT INCLUDING EVERY YMCA IN YHE COUNTRY.
IF AL!VE IS TRUELY A 'COMMUNITY WELL BEING CENTER' LIKE THEY BRAG ABOUT FOR OUR COMMUNITY THAN WHY DON'T THEY CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH OF LOWER INCOME SENIORS BY ACCEPTING SILVER SNEAKERS MEMBERSHIPS? THEY ARE IN TRUTH DISCRIMINATING AGAINST SENIORS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES BY NOT JUST SIGNING UP TO BE A PARTNER. HMM. AL!VE IS OWNED BY SPARROW EATON. This is a nice enough place, although I found it EXTREMELY odd that a place dedicated to working out and being active and having gatherings etc. Does not have a single drink machine in the entire building, lol, I mean, COME ON. Aside from that, it was great for my sons bday party, there's a small play area outside and big giant tree house thing inside for the kids to play on, which they all absolutely loved.

A really nice facility. If you are retired and we're used to getting the "corporate rate" while working it goes away and the monthly membership amount goes up.

With other excellent fitness options available for free with a Silver Sneakers Membership, it really makes it difficult to want to be more than an occasional "daily pass" member.

I scheduled an appointment for a massage which I waited over a month for. I got a same day call to cancel my appointment because the massage therapist had an "emergency". They did not offer to work me in or accommodate me for another 3 weeks. The day came for the rescheduled appointment and I didn't receive a confirmation call, so I called them. They had no record of my appointment or any appointment for that matter. Unorganized and unprofessional. I will not be scheduling anything there!

Do not come here all they care about is people wearing mask you can't get into the entrance from the road you can't get into the parking lot from the entrance because all the people in their cars are blocking it and if you ask them to move they won't

This place is great for me. When I first started this physical therapy program I was unable to use my left arm for anything but now because of the awesome therapist's that they have working here I'm able to have the use of my left arm and I am very happy with all of their help on working with me. I would recommend this place to anyone that is interested in a great place for physical therapy program.. it's been very helpful for me and I will be using this place again if I'm ever in need of physical therapy program again. I'm very excited about the opportunity to work with all of these therapist's, they have helped me tremendously... Thanks from the bottom of my heart forever. Rescheduled twice on us. Than told us we could not bring our three other kids to my daughter's appointments and required us to reschedule again. I'd give you a half a start if I could. How us a parent supposed to not take other kids to appointments in the summer time for a low income family. I work 12 hour days while my wife watches the kids. You have piss poor customer service. We're gladly going to take our business elsewhere!

I joined on my 65 birthday. Enjoy the friendly and knowledgeable staff, cooking classes, spa services, and even ballroom dance class! Big salad has an excellent menu of food and beverages.
